“I’ve been coming to orchard auto/VP for years now…if I’m never in need of quick gas (aka too lazy to pump or in a rush) I’ve always stopped by and they’ve greeted me with nothing but smiles. Have always loved that they were the only ones in town who do still do full service. Today I went to a pretty “well known” place in town( next to subway on Beltline…lol ) to get a price check on my brakes. 1100$!! I decided to check with Steve and his workers and it was WAY cheaper…. Like WAY. I was legit about to get ripped off and Steve saved me hundreds of dollars and I’m SO grateful. Not only did they help with a ride home but they also got it done very quickly. Customer service is truly on par here… and after today I will never go elsewhere for my car. So thank you so much kail and Steve for putting in the work and not charging me an arm and a leg.
Lucas, reznor and nick are cool too and are always helpful ;)
But for real check your prices when going places to get things fixed esp being a female by yourself.

“Excellent auto body shop!! Dave and his team at Pro Care turned my bad luck streak of parking lot incidents into a positive experience - no lie! I took my Jeep Cherokee in both times after two random (yet honest) people swiped me just months apart. The guys not only fixed me up quickly and flawlessly, but Dave made it easy for the other parties to pay for the work and he got me in and out without a hitch. I really don’t want to see them again anytime soon, but I’m so glad that I have a dependable shop to turn to if my bad luck returns.”
