“I took my car to Walmart Auto Care Center on Saturday morning for an oil change and tire rotation before a weekend road trip. I checked in around 9:30 AM, and the associate gave me an estimate of about an hour, which ended up being pretty accurate. While they worked on my car, I did a little shopping inside the store, and they called me as soon as everything was finished. The technician went over what had been done, confirmed that the tire pressure had been checked, and let me know my air filter still looked good, so there was no pressure to buy anything extra. The staff was friendly, the service was straightforward, and the price was reasonable compared to other places I've used. It was convenient being able to get my car serviced while taking care of my shopping at the same time, and I'd definitely come back for routine maintenance.”

“A&B Auto Body is simply the best body shop I have ever dealt with. Honest and very straight forward with the customer and always looking for ways to save the customer money. I just had a tail gate repaired that lost its spring opening device. Called in Wednesday dropped it off on Thursday 8am and it was done by 9am and ended up costing me 1/2 of what I expected due to not needing to replace the entire mechanism. They could have replaced everything taking more labor and more parts but they were respectful and did not elect to do things that were not necessary.”

“Krissy & Alva!!! What a DUO!! Walking into Caliber Collisions in Maryville, you pretty much forget what you are there for once you meet Alva! When I walked in for the 1st time, Alva was concerned about the way I was swinging my grandbabies carseat, until I told her that it was empty. We both had a great laugh after that and started talking about family. Once that conversation hit off, we both realized that we better get to talking about why I was there....haha..... From the in-person visits to the phone calls, Alva felt like family & I love her for that! Now it was time for Alva to turn me over to Krissy! OMG!!! From talking to her for rhe 1st time, in between time and the end, Krissy made sure that I did not miss a beat with the updates in regards to my vehicle. If I missed her call due to being in Court, she would immediately text me. Now who does that? Krissy, that's who!! Krissy made sure that whatever I needed, she was just a phone call or text away. Like I said before, these two ladies are a MAGNIFICENT DUO!!! I didn't get to me to meet who actually made my baby (CX-9) look brand new, but I thank them as well. Awesome job!! “I recently bought my dream car from a dealer out of state. Unfortunately, there was an issue with transport that ruined the paint. I brought my car to Southside to be painted & detailed and I am so happy that I did, because this shop is top self service for high-end cars.

Mary (I think that was her name ) was always friendly and accommodating to any an all questions I had working with the insurance company . Length of time to finish the car was decent an proper for the work to be done , the craftsmanship on it was a solid 9 out of 10
Seems like family owned an mostly operated .
Would go there again for any an accidents with the family fleet of cars .

“I stopped there with my 1984 Monte Carlo to get the error codes read as I got a check engine light on the way down from Chicago. Since I have an OBD1 on the Monte, the scanner would not work. Luis took it upon himself to research how to read the codes from the OBD1 port without the scanner. It said I was having a running rich condition, a bad 02 possibly, so I felt comfortable driving back home. No other auto place in town took such an initiative. Luis is a Great asset to the Advance Auto Corporation and made me a lifelong customer ! Thank you Luis !!!”

“I had an incident on July 1 and took my 2025 Kia K5 to Steve’s Auto Body for a third (and hopefully final) estimate. Justin conducted the estimate and was by far the most thorough. He took time to explain what would need to be done to make my car look brand new again, was honest on what to expect, and answered all of our questions/concerns. We got the estimate for repair on Thursday, July 9th and they were able to fit me in as soon as the following Monday, July 13th at 8am. They sent a link that had all estimate and repair updates. I was under the impression they wouldn’t be done until July 29th. By Thursday morning, July 16 I got an update that my car would be ready by end of day or tomorrow morning and that they would call when ready. It was ready by 2pm that day. They had to replace the bumper and blind spot sensors then recalibrate all of those electronics. As promised, the car looks brand new again. Their facility in collinsville is very nice and new on the inside. They made it easy with my insurance company, State Farm and turned a stressful situation into a manageable one. I would definitely recommend this auto body shop to anyone needing collision damage repair.”
“A few months ago my girlfriend and i broke down a couple minutes down the road from Orchard. They were super nice on the phone, efficient, accommodating and very reasonably priced. Being a woman it’s hard taking your car in to a shop and not knowing if you’re being screwed over. Not once have i felt like that taking my car to Orchard. We live 35 minutes away but make the drive to take our cars in when needed! Will keep coming here, they’re awesome!”

“I just sent my daughter to Auto Zone to get her windshield wipers replaced. Especially since she's going to a doctors appointment that's 30 minutes away and its raining.
They told her because it was raining they couldn't do their complimentary wiper installation. She did tell them she was traveling to a doctors appointment, same response.
What a huge disappointment, I've been an Autozone Loyalist for 30+ years across the entire United States.
Today I went to O'Reilly! Thank you for your professionalism! I'm ready for the next 30 years!

“Needed touch up paint for my new boat. The boat place had touch up but it did not match at all. Too light. So I went to Napa.
Bud in the paint department came outside. Took a picture of my paint with a special camera and made me touch up paint. The paint is exact. You cannot even see where I touched up!!
Absolutely amazing customer service from Bud. He went above and beyond for me trying to cross the factory paint code but no luck so he suggested the camera way. Thanks so much Bud, you rock!”
