“I was so overly impressed with the woman who owns the lab. She was extremely welcoming, and she even had homemade Halloween bags out for any kids that came in. It was so cozy and quaint in there. There was soft music playing even. Nothing like any other kind of lab I’ve ever been to! Most labs are cold and uncomfortable, and you just know that you’re in a Medical environment. But this woman has outdone herself with making people comfortable. I will recommend this lab company to everyone!”

“I had the best experience because of Arneisha, she was wonderful. Even though she was the only Labcorp staff present, she was able to efficiently take care of her patients needs, in a timely manner. I was impressed by her ability to multitask. It was quite apparent to me that she was genuinely interested in my Labcorp experience. She was very personable and professional. I highly recommend this location.”
“Arrived at LabCorp at 7 AM when they opened to find four people ahead of me. Of course, I'm doing the same thing. Everybody else is trying to do beat the rush and get in and out. The staff was friendly, and God me in and out less than 30 minutes. If you're in a hurry, this is your place.”

“The phlebotomist was an absolute professional. I have historically been hard to draw. My veins move around and I usually have to endure multiple sticks. I believe her name was Denise (please forgive me if I’m wrong). She’s in Room 1. She got me on the first stick without choking my arm. I would endure a wait next time in order to make sure she does my blood draws. She made this so easy for me. I was quickly served. I have no complaints. First time visiting this site. Never going anywhere else.”

“I visited here on January 23 2024 and arrived at approximately 7am. I was a bit apprehensive after reading some of the reviews, but none the less I had to get it done. I used the self checkin process which was easy and told me it would be 8am for my appointment which I was fine with as I had nowhere else to be that day. To my surprise I was seen in just a few minutes and the young woman in room 4 took care of me. She was friendly and very good at her job. Always go with an open mind, someone may have been having a bad day, which we all have. Perhaps there would be something you could do to make their day a little better by a kind word of encouragement or a simple prayer. My service today was excellent.”
“Mya at Glen Carbon IL Quest is great! Very pleasant & personable. This is the second time she drew blood from me & same results, no pain, I mean NO PAIN, I didn’t even feel a poke & was quick. Over heard a patient before me praising her as well, saying they didn’t feel a thing. Mya is an expert phlebotomist.”

“Today, I took my 91 year old mother to have blood drawn. Jae was excellent making her feel welcome. My mom's veins are hard to find and roll. Jae found her vein with no problem and my mom didn't even feel the needle. Mom was very happy with the experience she had today and was very thankful to Jae for her great work!”
