“Super friendly girl working the front. Surprisingly affordable prices on all the items. Much larger selection of different boutique items than I thought they would have including Home decor items, clothing, accessories, baby items and a lot of homemade things. I purchased a necklace and an item for my daughter while browsing after a “pierced by nurse kadie” pop up event. Highly recommend both ! Definitely will be back!!”
“The place is super cute. Lots of cute gifts. They have a rewards program which is something I like. I went for the tasting of the Terrapin Ridge farms chocolates and jams. The blueberry bourbon pecan jam is delicious! I don’t see that lasting long in my home. I’ll definitely be back.”
“I love the way the clothes fit me. Service is great. Always willing to help you find things. The music is way too loud. There have been times I've had to leave without buying because it's so loud. When asked to turn it down,they say they can't because they don't control the volume. It's been so loud we have to almost shout to hear each other. Please make the music back ground not dance floor level”

“Today I had the best customer service experience I’ve had in probably 10 years.
My mom and I went shopping for my birthday to find a new pair of jeans. After a lot of trial and error at multiple stores, I finally settled on two pairs from American Eagle that I wasn’t completely in love with, but I needed new jeans.
After leaving, I decided to give Buckle a try. I hadn’t shopped there since high school, but I remembered how an employee had once gone above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair of jeans. That same experience happened again today with Sarah.
Sarah was incredible. She immediately understood what would work best for my body type, helped me find the right sizing, and made the entire process feel easy and comfortable. More importantly, she made me feel confident.
Because of the service I received from Sarah, I returned everything I had purchased at the other store and chose to spend my money at a company that clearly trains its employees to genuinely care about their customers.
It’s rare these days to receive this level of customer service. I’m not usually someone who takes the time to leave reviews, but Sarah absolutely earned this one and deserves recognition for the exceptional experience she provided.

“I can always find something I want in Catos. They are so reasonably priced and are always having items marked down that you can't say no to. Went in to find my play daughter something for her birthday and found the perfect little purple boots for her, the last pair on the shelf, and in her size for $20! You can't beat that. Also found my daughter a sunhat for her trip to Mexico that matches her swimwear.”

“Myself and my daughter came to Lane Bryant looking to get her measured and purchase new bras. We were greeted by a wonderful employee by the name of Marshonne. She assisted both me and my daughter with finding out our current bra sizes and even recommended a few different bra styles. She was patient and very knowledgeable about the merchandise and promotions. She displayed a warm and friendly demeanor that made it easy to approach her with concerns and questions. “I am always surprised when I go into this store. I'm not a comfortable shopper (even less so when it's expensive) but the customer service here always manages to be the right level of helpful. I never feel pressured or ignored. It's uncommon for me to be willing to ask "girly" questions. I'm at that stage in my life where I want to be comfortable, feel more confident, look professional but not stodgy and age appropriate (with clothes that will survive a round of laundry). Almost every time I have to travel, I stop by here to find at least 1 new thing off the sale rack to take with me, and every time service is good. To top things off, they'll tell you how to get the best sale on things you're interested in too which is exactly why I keep coming back. That -- and Belinda W. She's really great.”

“This Ross was very well stocked and organized. They had tons of home decor, and clothing for all sizes. Their prices are amazing, and they always have a lot of items marked down even lower. Staff were friendly and doing an amazing job with restocking, organizing and cleaning the store.
I definitely miss being in the area, since I graduated from SIUE. I need to come back more.”
