I always return the car wishing I could just trade it with my own! “Jason and Denis were very customer service friendly. Although our originally reserved vehicle was not available, I was provided with a replacement. Due to an issue with that vehicle, I needed to re-turn it the next day. At that point the original rental vehicle was available. Jason quickly cleaned it out and I was on my way. After returning, he agreed to remove the first day’s rental cost, as the car needed to be returned. Great service! No pushback on the request, and very friendly throughout all interactions. Looking forward to our next rental from Enterprise, Columbia.”
