“The people that work at Kane County Old Second Burlington are very accommodating they get out to the public and speak on their days off I think that’s a plus I thought it was awesomeness to have Old Second ATM machines at the local fair down in Sandwich that they had plenty of them I think that was awesome hopefully they can continue on with their awesome job that they do”

There are a variety of services offered to both individuals and businesses. Lobby and drive through hours are very accommodating for those in need of a direct interaction. As VP she went to bat when our credit scores were low, and helped us compute an acceptable income level, DTI ratio, ( we are both on Social Security fixed income ). We now pay a much lower interest, than our two credit cards, We now live within our income, and we have money available, if needed. My wife and I both have medical expenses, dental bills, medicine, that need paying monthly. Old Second has made this possible, put us First, and eliminated our financial challenge, and associated stress. Old Second Bank worked with Elder Care Services, financial counselors to consider our budget challenge of expenses exceeding income! We highly recommend both Old Second, Carrie Osmund, Chris Shake, and Chris Heyob. We have been Old Second customers since 2006, when we moved to Sycamore.
