We don't know her last name, but her first name is Kara. When we entered this store years ago, we were not sure we wanted to stay with Verizon. I had had terrible experiences in New Lenox, and while upgrading to my former phone, many photos etc. were lost. Kara promised us she would never take my phone out of sight, and would have me check each item and make sure I had everything before exchanging and cleaning that phone. Kara was true to her word. We totally trust her with our phones. Often,she is the only employee and she attempts to service several individuals at the same time. While something is transferring or uploading here, she is fixing something there. Sometimes we are there a long time while sharing her with others. She is patient, informative, calm, and genuinely caring. At 74, and 75, we are not always treated so well. My husband happily came home with his new phone today.If there is some way for you to honor or compensate her in some way, please do so.”
“Our customer service person, Terazzo in Matteson was absolutely the best. Well informed about products and services, friendly, answered ALL of my many questions!! We went in to talk about switching to Verizon internet and ended up switching two phone lines to Verizon and getting updated phones. I will send people to him and go back when needed! The best experience I have had in a mobile pgine store! Great job Terazzo!”

“Came in for an upgrade but no stock. Alma and Shari assured me phone would come to my house in 2 days abd it did. They both were so nice and made me feel good as a customer. Came back to them to activate and have old phone changed to 2nd line. Eric helped me with this. Very friendly and took time to explain things. A nice employee. This store would be my go to luckily. I was afraid to go anywhere after the extremely bad experience at the Orland store near Mall. Customers should go to Tinley.”

“I was very disappointed to find out the person I spoke to on the phone did my order wrong. This customer service person did not add the line correctly and it was not the correct amount. When I went to the store to return the I’m card I received and setup new phone line the representative got this issue resolved in less time it took over the phone call that was one hour long. We got a refund on the error made and the SIM cards for our devices. He hooked it for us. I’m so happy!”

“Staff members helped a ton. Also had to talk to a T-Mobile representative on the phone while there. I’m no time I had line added, connected and directed to go ahead and activate my other phones with no sim and was ready to go. Overall, T mobile is my choice for 7 years now. Price never changed! I’ve also added a home internet and so far, I’m really happy with that as well.”
“I went in at 10:15 to upgrade my phone. The guy who helped me ran the card on file instead of using the one I gave him. This is after I told him not to. He refused to see his mistake saying he didn’t. It wasn’t until I showed him on my mobile banking app that he apologized but said he couldn’t fix his mistake. I’m giving this place four stars because Tachi stepped in to assist and made everything better for me. She was apologetic, patient and very helpful. She also kept the line moving while multitasking with me. There were only two people working and she was on it. She assisted so many customers and me while the gentleman who helped me was with a customer for an hour. She is a true gem to this location. I really appreciated her today. I left at 12p but because of her I wasn’t upset anymore. Great customer service Tachi!!!!”

Tyresse L worked with me to find the best equipment for my needs; Rico H checked to make sure I was getting the best offers and rates; Krow patiently showed me how to work everything. T-Mobile store staff are usually always helpful but this store's staff and Associate Manager, Rico H, were awesome.A shout out to T-Mobile's 5G internet: When AT&T internet went down for 5 days recently, T-Mobile's 5-G portable internet module set up immediately, with no wait help on the phone from T-Mobile at 10:00 p.m. and with speeds comparable to AT&T internet.Thank you, T-Mobile!”

“Even though I live a distance away, this is my home T-Mobile. I would tell anyone I know that has T-Mobile to go to this locations. They will take very good care of you. Especially Will & Fernando. Literally any question you have you can ask them and they'll be able to answer if not, more. I personally learn about deals and features when I go there. Assuring I'm making the right purchase for myself if needed. Also, making my plan fit whatever I personally like to do. So if you aren't too far from this location. I'd advise you to go here.
