βas a british girl who was in IL for the first time ever, I simply knew i had to experience Marshalls. This was arguably the best store I had ever been in in my whole life. There was so much range! As a K-Beauty fanatic I was over the moon with how much stuff there was! I spent $168 in this store alone, it was THAT good. Keep it up Marshalls, I hope I can come back one day and fund your entire business again!β

βYesterday I was fortunate enough to go into your VonMaur Store in Bloomington/Normal Illinois. It should be noted that my friend and I received incredible customer service from Karen in womenβs clothing, Ann in Jewelry and from a gentleman who helped us in Menβs Clothing. All three Sales Reps were juggling other people while we were shopping (and asking questions as well) and they showed extreme adaptability, knowledge of inventory, patience, and kindness. We were seriously going to walk out with nothing when Karen asked us to try a couple of different dresses and in different sizes and to make a long story short, we both bought the last dress that each of us tried on because of her incredible salesmanship and knowledge of the product, material and fit! A great experience to shop in your stores and she even surpassed the attention test that I always attributed to only boutiques.β
βI shopped at the Woodridge store on Sunday. The checkout line suddenly filled up. The manager quickly got associates to open registers so the wait to check out was quick. The associate, Sharon, could not have been any nicer. I thoroughly enjoyed my shopping experience and will definitely be back to spend my Kohl's cash.β
βI feel like Macy's has made improvements over the past several years, there was a time when it was a bit of a mess and akin to Kohl's with everything always on sale. It's looking and feeling better now. I did notice on a recent trip that the men's dress clothing section has dramatically decreased - the tie selection isn't what it used to be. On a second recent trip I needed an analog wrist watch that met some very specific requirements and was under $100 and the sales lady in the watch section really stepped up to help, even though it was a small purchase in comparison to most of the other watches there. Not only did she find me exactly what I needed, she provided me with options and double checked the product information online to make sure it met my needs.β
βThe retail world is going bonkers, but Nordstrom is holding steady as the classy, well stocked, well staffed, friendly retail store they've been known to be! Great service never goes out of style!β

βLove this place!! Awesome things, great people working the store! Got some amazing things! Did you know they have crochet Harry Potter kits, and the crochet needle is a crochet wand!! They even have a 14pc pastel paint kit too!! They have some really great ideas for those who like to do at home projects! And the prices, are within budget! And don't get me started on their Halloween ?? sections, cause they are just full of awesomeness..β
βI visited from Canada and stopped by Nordstrom Rack in Oakbrook to shop for sunglasses and I must say, it was one of the best experiences Iβve had at any Nordstrom Rack. Tammy was an absolute gem! She helped me pick out the perfect pair with honesty and care, never hesitating to tell me which styles didnβt suit me. Her energy was warm, and her sincerity truly stood out.
A heartfelt thank you as well to Dianna and the manager, Erica, for going the extra mile to make my shopping experience seamless and memorable. As a visitor, I genuinely felt welcomed and valued. God bless you all!β

βThis experience at Kohl's was much better than any experience. I've ever had at Kohl's in the past. The store was remodeled. Everything was neat and clean and easy to find. I had an exceptional lady. Check me out and help me to get a savings of over $500 on my purchase. By simply opening up a Kohl's credit card. Everyone on the staff was needs. Friendly kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this Kohl's location to family and friends and I will definitely be returning again very soon.β
βThis Menards location is the one I visit most often and I know I can always count on it for plants and garden supplies, seasonal decor, and a killer snack aisle! Just need to remember to turn in those 11% rebates more often!β

βCame here a couple days ago and itβs always good to find steals. Saw a bunch of cute dinnerware/mugs and more for sale.
The only downside is that one of my sisters needed help buying a big mirror and they kept telling us theyβll help us in a min and after a long while nobody came so we asked again. And nobody came again... I mean maybe they were busy, I donβt know.
But the cashier was a total sweetheart and apologized about the wait saying there was a communication issue(between the workerβs). So in the end it all worked out.
Also the lady in the jewelry section was also lovely, she let us try on multiple jewelry and we had nice small talk.β

βIt was my first time coming to this location. I usually go to the HomeGoods/Marshallβs in Lombard. I like this location, itβs less congested than the one in the mall. The one attached to the mall feels like a madhouse with the narrow aisles and big shopping carts. This one you have two different size shopping carts and itβs more spacious. Parking lot is ample. The products are placed neatly on the shelves vs the other location. I do have to take off a star for customer service. We stood in line for a few minutes and most of the employees were just standing around talking. Only two were actually working. One stopped talking to check us out, by that time the line got longer. Itβs easier if they just clear the line instead of letting it build up.β
βThe store has gotten much better staff is very polite including speaking associates. The store Needs in store wheel cars for the handicapped βΏοΈ and an express line for those who can't walk stand for too long. As in another store like Wal-Mart and Sam's would get customers to stay in the store and shop longer therefore making more sales.β

βI was looking for a mirror and found a few here, from small size to the one I got, 48 x 76 inches. I asked if someone could help me with it, and soon, two people did help me get it with their cart.
The person at the register was friendly and fast, I paid and also got a bit of help getting the mirror on my vehicle.
They had many registers open when the line got longer.
The store was clean, there is plenty of free parking right in front.
Overall I like the store and I'll come back.β
βNewly opened & We can honestly say that this is the best place to get everything you want & need that you have to stop by yourself. Liquor, produce, plants, flower, bakery, all you can pick up is from here!!! ?β

βLast week, clearance sales were everywhere in JCP. I know consumers aren't shopping here like they used to in the 90's, but I found some hidden gems. They still have some great brands, like Liz Claiborne and Haggar. I got a $275.00 overcoat for $43.99. My daughter bought a $100 puffer jacket with a hood for $24.49. It's worth a look in all departments.β
