“During my recent stay at the Motel 6 in Bridgeview, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Xavier, whose exceptional service made a significant difference in my experience.

The check-in process was smooth and efficient, thanks in large part to Xavier's friendly demeanor and helpful attitude. He provided me with all the necessary information about the amenities and nearby points of interest, ensuring I felt welcomed and informed.
The room was clean and adequately furnished, offering the essentials for a comfortable stay. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, allowing for a restful night's sleep. The motel also features free Wi-Fi, which was a bonus for staying connected during my visit.
One of the standout features was the outdoor area, which provided a pleasant space to relax. The motel’s commitment to cleanliness was evident throughout the property, including the common areas.

“So beautiful and lovely especially this time of year. Fall colors line York Street and the front of the hotel magnificently. The lighted patio is so romantic. Everything about this hotel from the art, antiques, decor, elegance and amazing hospitality & service, is ten star!! “Very nice, clean, and extensive options for breakfast. While there, it snowed for 24 hours and the parking lot was continually plowed and salted. This will definitely be my go to hotel for future visits. Plus, the Sears Tower could be seen from my room.”

“My room was definitely outdated but it was at least clean. I don't imagine the other rooms would look much different. The mattress wasn't very comfortable and the robes also weren't comfortable. Mine was a bit small on me but I really can't hold that against them since I'm a bigger dude. This is my first time at a hotel like this so overall it was a big of an odd experience for me but it wasn't bad. I do want to come back eventually”

When I asked if there was hot water nearby to make tea she explained there was tea and a microwave in the room but she would happily get some for me. “I recently stayed at the hotel for a yearly birthday/pool get away. Winnie at the front desk was super accommodating and welcoming. The rooms were cleaning happy they were able to get our rooms by the pool area. The pool temp was warm along with the pool area with temps outside dipping to -22 windchills. Devon at the restaurant/bar was just great too! One complaint...BRING BACK THE QUESIDILLAS! lol”

“Update 4/29/24: Stayed here again for the weekend for my sister’s wedding, along with 30+ other people. Once again can back my original review with the fact that this place is where you want to stay if you’re in Chicago. They were extremely accommodating and very helpful. I also want to personally thank “Janete Lopez” she was very helpful in helping me book my first group rate hotel booking. I wish I can give this place 10 stars. EVERY staff member was truly amazing and deserved to be recognized . I hope management sees this and really rewards them for their hard work!Didn’t even check out before writing thisreview! This was an amazing hotel, very clean, spacious and the staff is Oh so friendly! It’s a great location just about a half hour from downtown. The breakfast is amazing and they do a great job of making sure the dining/breakfast area stays clean. I will definitely be back here in April with my party of 50+. Definitely recommend!”

“There aren’t enough words to describe how wonderful this place is. My husband and I came here to celebrate us getting married and we could not have been happier. We didn’t know what to expect when we got there but it was perfect. We got the Classic whirlpool suite, everything was clean, set up beautifully, and so comfy!! Kyle at the front desk was extremely welcoming and quick to get us checked in. When leaving, the manager was amazing and so helpful. We will definitely be back… no doubt about it!”

I got my room for a Thursday-check out Friday,,, my room was actually specious a small little living room area and my queen size bed a nice closet, small fridge, and a beautiful bathroom… sucks that I wasn’t able to take pictures…… but I definitely will be going back to this hotel. What I also loved about them is that there’s free parking, I didn’t explore much of the lobby area,…… 10/10???”

“My husband and I had an incredible stay. The rooms were immaculate, cozy, and ideally situated. What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional service, particularly from Juanita , the manager. “Pros of this place: It's clean, quiet, and has friendly service. Con: The floor in our room was so uneven that it very noticeably sloped downhill as we walked across the room...to the point where even when laying down on the bed, you could feel the slope of the mattress, which caused the foot of the bed to be slightly but noticeably higher up than the head. Same with the desk. It did not sit level, so if you put something like a pen on it, it would roll down. There are WAY bigger problems that can be found in a hotel than this. I've traveled enough, I know. The weird flooring is minor, but worth noting. Otherwise, our room was clean, and staff were friendly. I recommend this place.Rooms: Very clean. As noted in my main review, the flor in our room was extremely sloped, which was weird, but minor.Food & drinks: This hotel has two restaurants. One is a fancy Italian one, and the other is more of a seafood bar and grill. We went to the seafood one, (Poor Phil's) and liked it.”

“You only get clean linen after the 4th day of spending the night. Room service only consist of making the bed, clean towels, etc... Our housekeeper (Reyna ) made the bed with crumbs and all. Didn't have the sense to shake the sheets. Did not even wipe surfaces clean in the bathroom.The bed was really comfortable. You have to pay for breakfast which i thought was included. It was 17.00 buffett. Pancakes and waffles are not included in the buffett. You can order off the menu if you want to. Its about the same prices as the buffett. Oh I forgot about the $8.00 per night parking. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay.”

“The Extended Stay Lombard/Yorktown was more than just a hotel—it was home. I stayed there comfortably for nearly two years, and from the beginning it felt warm and welcoming. The staff goes far beyond standard customer service; they genuinely treat their guests like family.
That sense of comfort carries into the rooms as well. The suites feel more like apartments or condos, complete with a full living area, a divided kitchen with barstools, and a large refrigerator. There’s plenty of space to set up a separate office, which made long-term living easy and practical.
Nearby, there’s a beautiful pond where ducks and geese gather, along with scenic walking paths that add a peaceful touch to everyday life.
Truly, from the bottom of my heart, this specific location is welcoming, warm, and a place where you will feel right at home.”

“Good location right off the highway and on a road populated with many businesses, restaurants, gas stations etc. Perfectly acceptable continental breakfast at this location and the room amenities aren’t fancy or special but they’re adequate and the rooms are clean and quiet. I had to check in late (past midnight) and that wasn’t an issue for them, I did call ahead to make sure that was okay though. I likely will stay at this location again due to its proximity to everything, cost, and safety.”

“I recently stayed at the Embassy Suites Lombard for 2 nights this past weekend, And this is a very nice hotel.
The entire hotel looks to be recently renovated and well kept and clean. The beds were comfortable and the shower had good pressure and spray pattern. My only complaint was the thermostat would not go below 65 degrees -- just my personal preference, but room was good temperature.
The complementary service in the AM has one of the best set up's I have experienced at many of Embassy Suites I've stayed at. The omelet service is separate from the buffet area and is served to you by an attendant.
My only gripe with the hotel is the $12.50 per night charge for parking, which is almost a given at hotels now but in the suburbs where parking isn't a premium is unwarranted.
Also kudos to the hotel staff that worked the weekend of the night of the 7th and morning of the 8th. There was a swarm of difficult guests attempting to complicate the hotel and be a pest and disturbance and they staff handled that group like true professionals. I will definitely look to stay here in the future.”
