“Dr. Alzien is extremely thorough. He explores every aspect of your sickness and proceeds accordingly. He does more than the hospitals do. I left the ER still feeling the same way when I went in, but with him I felt much better leaving. He refers you to specialists if need be and follows up with him afterwards. I love that doctors office. I highly recommend!!”

“I did preregistration, on my arrival it was a short 5 minute wait. Was greeted by name and everyone was welcoming, greeting with kindness. My tech Brianna(hope name spelled correctly), was super. Usually there is difficulty finding a good vein at my doctors offices, however Brianna has very exact and on target. No fear, felt comfortable and she was kind and accomplished. On leaving, I received the kindness from all the staff. This location is highly recommended. Grateful and pleased.

“A very pleasant experience coming to this Quest location for the first time today. Sheronda attended to my lab orders within 60 seconds upon checking in and I was out the door in 15 minutes. Very pleasant employee and warm spirited exchange, I appreciate you and your friendly smiles Sheronda!!!”
“Good experience. In and out within 20 mins.Good location with lots of parking in front and side of building. Checking in was easy. Waiting area is new and clean and big with lots of seating. Person who did my bloodwork was kind and did a good job (1st try) with very minimal pain.”

“I’m very grateful for FC lab. If it wasn’t for this lab, I would not be pregnant today. Their work helped diagnosed why I was infertile, and I’ll forever be grateful for them. I also had an incident that received a bill that after being told my insurance was going to cover the lab work and it did not. FC lab notified me my insurance was not going to cover the bill, and discounted almost half the bill, which was thousands, making me even more grateful for this lab! They make life easier. “I only see Nora when I come to this location I cannot speak to the experiences from the rest of the staff, but Nora is amazing, she will find your vein in a second and have you out of there before you can count to 10. I have been told in the past I am a hard stick Nora laughs at that. She is simply incredible at her job.”
“My doctor patiently listens and treats me as an individual. Appointments start on time. The team has also been responsive on MyChart.Blood draws for lab work have been painless. The techs are kind and efficient.I do find a 20-30 minute wait for labs. But given the location and obvious morning rush, I think it is to be expected.Lately I've been getting same day results for some tests. I'm always impressed when that happens.”
