“I just moved to the south suburbs and switched from Hoffman Estates Clinic (Hines VA) to the Chicago Heights Clinic (Jesse Brown VA) just TWO months ago.Long story short I have never had issues with the Hines VA network for merely 27 years, however for a lack of better words I DO NOT suggest any clinic affiliated with Jessie Brown VA.As a result I switched to the Oaklawn VA Clinic and met my new doctor today. Both my doctor and nurse gave me the care thar I have enjoyed over the last 27 years from the Hines Network!”

I believe Gaila is the best that I have ever experienced. Gaila, You are number one! This Quest location is a smooth operation. I saw a staff member walk an older woman outside and down a curb safely. People were talking to each other in the waiting area, and not just staring at their phones…Come to this location….And hey, give your Staff a raise. They are your business!.”

Staff and establishment respected my privacy and told me the step by step process on how I would receive my results. I didn't know this was located actually inside the Walmart itself. Overall I left very satisfied.”
“i have been here twice to get bloodwork and a drug test for school and in both visits the care and service has been exceptional. Both appointments took no longer than 10 minutes, and the clinic is very clean, staff is friendly. Daija was my phlebotomist and when i tell you her taking out my blood felt like i feather on me im not exaggerating. thank you to Odessa being great in the front desk too. I will be returning and recommending this lab to others”

“I only see Nora when I come to this location I cannot speak to the experiences from the rest of the staff, but Nora is amazing, she will find your vein in a second and have you out of there before you can count to 10. I have been told in the past I am a hard stick Nora laughs at that. She is simply incredible at her job.”

“My 19 yr. Old passed out as soon as he was stuck. Marcella was awesome. Maria helped and they took his care of him. Marcella was determined to complete the draw if that's what we wanted, so we got him into a position that was safe if he passed out again and she got it done! So glad we didn't have to come back and do it all again another day. They got him a granola bar and Sprite too! They went above and beyond!”

“My doctor patiently listens and treats me as an individual. Appointments start on time. The team has also been responsive on MyChart.Blood draws for lab work have been painless. The techs are kind and efficient.I do find a 20-30 minute wait for labs. But given the location and obvious morning rush, I think it is to be expected.Lately I've been getting same day results for some tests. I'm always impressed when that happens.”

The receptionist Joni is extremely nice and helpful, especially when it comes to rebooking and scheduling. The wait time to see the doctor can sometimes be long but they go over everything to make sure you're good, so its worth it.”
