“I had an excellent experience with Public Storage at 17W170 Roosevelt Rd in Oakbrook Terrace. I stored my car there for about 14 months, and I’m genuinely impressed with how well everything turned out.
From day one, the facility felt secure, clean, and well-managed. Access was always smooth, and I had peace of mind knowing my vehicle was in a safe environment. After more than a year in storage, I was very happy to find my car in great condition with absolutely no damage or issues.
It’s clear that this location takes pride in maintaining high standards, and it really shows. I would definitely recommend this Public Storage facility to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy place to store their vehicle long-term.”

“Stopped in a few days ago to talk about my Rent but no one was there at the time and I was about to leave and Tina pulled up. She asked what i needed and if she could help and asked if i could wait until she got inside and apologized for no one here and she really help me out this day and she answered all my questions. It looked like this day was a long day for her even though it was 10:30am, but As we were talking she stated that she is from another district and this will be her last week in the district. I told her I'm coming over to where you are from now on to ask questions and pay if I need too. She is SOOOO FRIENDLY and doesn't mind answering any questions or helping me fix any problems I've been having!!! It will be sad to see her leave!!!!!”
“Place is great. AC actually works. 3rd time using Safeguard, 2nd time this location. Jim the manager has been @ both locations all times I have used them. Its a no brainer, rates are comparable. However I wish they had the pricing grid and fee schedule posted alongside online promos. The place is safe.”

His professionalism is phenomenal... he's courteous and kind. I recommend this place. The storage facility is clean and well-lit. Again I must praise this facility for its wonderful customer service and Jose who helped me when my door got stuck wonderful young man everyone at this site is so helpful and so courteous you can't just help but like this place. I I wish I could add his picture but I'm not quite sure how I'll have to figure it out thank you both of you wonderful young men.
