“We needed a place to put our things after an out of state move. Our first two visits were okay. The third visit was absolutely AMAZING thanks to Vanessa. We realized we didn’t have enough space to store our things and had to get a second unit. Vanessa was SO KIND! I’m talking about super memorable customer service that was over the top great. She helped us navigate a stressful situation with understanding, patience, and a double dose of customer care. I wasn’t even going to write an extended review…. But she was so helpful on this visit.
