“I can’t express my gratitude enough for the two employees that I just encountered.
I only caught the name of one which was Angel, the other lady was also incredibly patient.
I have been having some issues with my card and bank after I had a few fraudulent charges. It took me over 20 mins to figure out. The whole time while I’m apologizing for taking so long they both kept reassuring me that it was okay and not to worry.
In a world full of hate and negativity I can’t thank both of those ladies enough for just being so kind and willing to help.

“Pence Service station is the only place I buy my fuel at. Great owner and great staff. All of their service attendants are clean cut, polite and accommodating. Really miss Rick the mechanic, he used to do all my work and since he left I’m at the mercy of the dealerships and their high shop fees.”

“Before moving to Watseka I was kind of a Casey’s/ small town gas station hater. I grew up in cities like LA, Vegas, Salt Lake City, Denver, Chicago and Tampa Bay. However, now It’s June. 80 something degrees. I’m 8+ months pregnant. 7-11 has nothing I can’t get here. I’m here for the XL cups of ice and chocolate ice cream that I got peer pressured into buying by a WPD officer one night. Pizza. Hell yeah. Spicy chicken sandwich. Hell. Yeah.”

“Great food, the employees were nice, but sometimes they leave products out for a little bit too long. Saw a piece of pizza on the counter and it looked pretty dry and as if it was made 6 hours ago. 4 stars.”
