“went here originally for a water damaged pc. they tested everything and was very respectful. i went back to have an ssd installed and it was quick and good prices. i couldn't be happier and i definitely would recommend if you want a pc looked at, or parts installed. this is on the side of pc gaming, and im really happy and would recommend this place. good work.”

Leidy went above and beyond to help with time sensitive documents and a delay in delivery. Not only did she track down the location of the item, she coordinated with the local UPS hub and recipient to allow for pick up. This was a complete success and no hassle. Leidy did all of this during a very busy time in the store right before Christmas! I can't thank her enough for her dedication and customer service. She truly demonstrates great leadership and accountability - qualities her staff can copy. She is definitely one in a million! Thank You.”
“I can't stress enough how great Rainbow Printing is. we have all our business cards, brochures, door tags, etc printed by them. Quality work with great pricing.I called them on a Tuesday as I needed 200 bills of lading printed out for a job I was on. There were 2 to a sheet so I also needed them cut in half. Seeing what the project entailed, I was delighted when I picked them up (same day) and they had printed and cut them onto cardboard backed tear off notepads to ease using them on an active job site. I would never have even thought of doing this and they preemptively made my time on the job site so much easier. I'd definitely recommend contacting them for any of your printing needs. Five stars!”
“Got this referral from a school coach who uses these guys a lot. Ordered some shirts for a special walk-a-thon. Have to admit I didn't give them much time. I worked with Sean. He was fantastic. And as it turns out, I'm a high maintenance "Karen". They custom made a logo with beautiful artwork based on my description only (I had nothing to send him). Even though I changed it a few times... he was so patient, took all my phone calls and still turned the shirts out when no one else could. And quite a bit cheaper. Everyone kept asking who did out shirts. Give them a try. I think you'll see what I mean.”

“let me just tell you, i would trust this ups store with my most expensive packages, specifically if jordan bartman is working. the other day i had to come in with my amazon return, and she took care of it in an exquisite manner. she gave it a massage, pampered it, then put it in a box with some luxury packing peanuts. she then reassured me that the package would make it safely, and that she would personally walk it to its destination so no harm would be done (it needed to be delivered to New York City). jordan is now attending my family’s thanksgiving due to all of the help she provides to me and my family with delivering our packages. if you ever need your package delivered, PLEASE go to this UPS store, you will not regret it!”

We personally spoke with Joren, who was most delightful and good communication is a huge plus for us. They also offer a lot more products than we were aware of including vehicle wraps, graphics, and digital displays as well as signage. We had some large wall banners added to our new outdoor storage development and Signarama Joliet produced excellent quality outdoor banners for us. “We went to return Christmas gifts here and we had at least 6 or 7 of them to return. For some of them we had the labels printed out, but we were missing a few others. The young woman assisting us couldn't have been more gracious and patient, even as the line started to accumulate behind us, she remained kind and pleasant. Frankly, I was shocked, but super impressed as well. Not one eye roll, grimace of frustration, or change in her tone, just extremely calm and helpful. Wish we had more people like this in our world.
