“This is not the Burlington Coat Factory I grew up with. That one was a class act and more like a department store. This one was more like Ross or TJ Maxx but more raw with lots of red signs. I went on a Saturday and it was like Xmas time with clothes everywhere... Like the store got shook upa little. I went there to find a coat and they had the best selection of coats in the area, but it was not easy to pick one since the aisles are tiny and I was stepping over clothes or moving clothes aside to see what was hanging beneath. After finally finding something, I went and got in line... A really really long line. After what felt like ten minutes (but was probably five) of me not moving more than a foot, my daughter and I gave up and decided to Co. E back another day. If our stuff was gone, so be it.With the store as messy as it was, I'd hate to think what xmas is like at this store. I recommend you visit on a weekday... Probably in the morning or afternoon, as this place had a ton of people. I don't know if they were understaffed or just couldn't keep up with the crowd... I also couldn't see the registers so I don't know how many people were working the counter... But I'd say busy busy busy...and definitely some good deals. I will go back on a slower day.”
“I bought a nice tailored suit 3 weeks before for a weeding. The result of the alteration we’re perfectly done. Fast forward 3 weeks lost some weight I tried on the suit, didn’t like how it fit so I went back to see if they can alter it again hoping they can do this before the wedding, which is in two days. Dropped it off in the morning picked it up same day in the afternoon again perfect results no charge, excellent customer service.”
“I went in the store with a broken phone and I asked him if he could fix it and he said yes but he also gave me advice, if he had fixed my phone it wouldn’t last long because the phone was literally bent and shattered front and back so he gave me a deal on a new phone! Mike is the best!! I stood in there for 2 hours while he was on the phone with Verizon trying to port my phone number over to my new phone. Thankkk youuuu Mikeeeeee !!!”

She anticipated my needs and, even better, had all items I needed in stock (unlike other stores). She provided advice and listened to what I had to say. I've been to other DXL locations, and while they were good, Moniece was great.”

GOT ME OUT IN TIME AND LAUGHING THE WHOLE TIME, IT WAS GREAT! “There was a guy there as cashier, the receipt says either Daniel or Gryphon (sorry I didn’t ask for his name) but there was an incident, not sure if it was actually a gun shot but there was a loud bang that happened and he quickly told everyone in the store to get to the back in the storage room. He made sure everyone was there and reassured us to not worry and everything was fine and went to go see what was happening. He was sweet overall when we were cashing out but especially during that scary time. Then he came to get us and told us we were safe to leave. This was my first time something like that happening but he handled it very well?”

“I almost never write reviews but I really wanted to shout out the great customer service I received this past weekend. I don't shop at old navy often but I saw the large 40% off everything sale signs and stopped in. I have two events coming up this month the first being next week and I needed new jeans.
Old navy has a lot of jeans! I had no idea they have so many styles just jeans everywhere and to be honest I kinda got overwhelmed. So I asked an associate who was nearby for help and I really have to shout out Kimberly she was so polite and so knowledgeable about the styles, fit, sizing just everything. She even explained to me about the different inseam and stretch fabric. I got two pairs of flare jeans and some sandals. I was so thrilled with my purchase that I went back to old navy before the sale ended and Kimberly helped me again to find some denim shorts.
Old navy has a lot of denim shorts, she let me know that if my size wasn't available or if i saw a pair online that I wanted she could order it for me from the store and the shipping would be free. That's great to know who doesn't love free shipping!

“I used Formally Modern for my wedding and was so happy I chose them! When I first checked out the store searching for a tux, Shannon helped me out and she was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful with any questions I had. After trying on a few options, I was in between on a few things but Shannon’s expertise paid off and I went with her recommendations and trusted her. The tuxedo fit so nice and had an athletic type fit which is what I wanted and also the overall feel of the tuxedo was awesome. Didn’t feel like you were even wearing a suit/tux because you could move quite freely.
Everything fit the bridal party well and there were no problems with pick up, drop off, or forgotten items.
Overall, a great experience using Formally Modern Tuxedo and I recommend them if you are looking for a fresh feel with some breathing room!”
