“I went to Sparkle Express for my regular wash and to clean out my trunk. While throwing stuff out I accidentally threw my keys in the garbage! That is the WORST feeling! The 3 people on staff Nadia, Kayla and Julian were so helpful to me. We looked 2-3 times in the garbage cans without any results. Nadia said let’s help her. Julian said let’s check 1 more time , Kayla removed a box and there they were! The domino effect of them being lost would have messed up my week probably month! I must say I have the monthly wash package and have been going since it was Fullers and I never quite cared for their staff. Sparkle staff is more friendly and personable.”

“I had originally posted a not so good review cause I was not happy especially when I found out my trailer wasn’t washed out but instead of leaving another bad review I decided to call the manager and I have to say that they went above and beyond to fix the issue and they fixed it very fast and were completely sorry that it happened I will definitely be using them again because they actually do care about the customer all I have to say is call them and they will take care of the problem”
“The lines weren't to long They have that you can wash your car yourself or go through the automatic car wash. I went through the automatic. It got the car quite clean. Of course you have to hand dry the window after going through. They also have free vacuuming. The machines are powerful and they pick up all the dirt. The staff is friendly. I thought they could smile a little bit more but I guess it's not necessary to get your car clean. Buy the pass for 25 bucks, you get five washes anytime you want. It's like getting one free if you paid for five individual car washes. So one free is pretty cool. It's a nice little car wash and very organized”

“My car smelled so so so so bad and he shampooed the inside and has it smelling brand new. I have no idea how he did it. I wish I could describe how bad it smelled. It took him a long time as well. So thankful we chose him. Cannot recommend him enough. He did the best job ever, very reasonably priced as well!!!”

“It's been a cold, snowy January and February of 2025. My car's exterior was in DESPERATE need of a good, professional wash to get all the salt and bird droppings off it. Udo's Car Wash - located just North of Prairie State College on S. Halsted St., in Chicago Heights, Illinois did a great job washing my car, have been family owned and operated for 22+ years and it was nice to not have to get involved with the nightmare that is down the street at Delta Sonic - I hate waiting in lines, to the point it's backing up traffic, and that's pretty much what Delta Sonic does. Stop by Udo's yourself to see how they can keep your car looking good for a fair price!”

“This car wash is really good if you talk to them and there’s a special issue with your car, they will make special accommodations for you. If you get the higher than $18 car wash, they will do a custom spray down upon request along with the pressure wash to ensure that your car gets extra clean. If there is an issue with the car wash and you need to go the second time to ensure a good custom wash. Just ask them to accommodate you with the second wash to ensure a quality clean. While the machine machines cannot assure quality clean each time, the staff are very good at working with you for that reason I give a four star review. I subtracted one star because the machines don’t do a great Job. Sometimes you have to go through twice like I do, but they’re always accommodative.
I was formally with Delta sonic but I will be purchasing a subscription to this location because of the excellent staffing. I believe the staff member was a taller than average Hispanic male who took care of me. Excellent I’m very happy with my car and my wife and I will be bringing the rest of our cars through.”

“Just had two cars exterior detail with clay bar treatment. One car had some overspray area's and the other had some scruff marks. Neither came out from just waxing from other car wash vendors. Highly rated body shops were trying to sale ridiculous paint work to correct. It was my audi dealer that recommended clay bar treatment. I couldn't be more satisfied with the work done by SoftTouch. They completely corrected both issues and the cars look better than showroom new. I'm a customer for life!Thank youServices: Polishing”
