“The amazing employee who took care of me today is named Kiki (apologies if spelled wrong!) She did an amazing job! It was my first time setting up a P.O. Box and so naturally, I had a lot of questions so it took quite a while before it everything finally got set up. Kiki was very helpful and I couldn’t thank her enough for being very patient with me, considering I was asking a lot of questions haha. In comparison to other post offices in the Chicago area, where service can be subpar, the staff in Beecher consistently treat their customers with dignity and respect. The three main staff members not only know your name, but also your family, and engage in friendly conversations with you during each visit. Beecher residents are truly lucky to have such a warm and welcoming post office.”

“Don’t listen to the negative reviews, because if any of the ladies were “rude” to those customers, they absolutely did something to deserve it. These ladies are so kind and helpful.
I ship a lot of packages for my small business, and I’ve used a lot of USPS locations. This one is the kindest and most reliable by far! My packages are always scanned in same-day, and I haven’t had a single one lost since I started coming to this location.
To those of you complaining about the wait time, this location is very busy, and they only have two registers. If you have packages with prepaid labels, just leave them on the counter and the ladies will scan them in. You don’t have to wait. You can also do most things online to avoid having to wait in person. :)”
“My business depends on a post office that works as one should, and this is the best post office I have experienced. They don't have a self-help kiosk or a big bin for packages, but they quickly scan in prepaid packages that you place on the counter. More importantly, they have some of the best customer service in Lansing. Bob is always helpful and Roscoe is a day-brightener!”
“Window Clerk Deborah is always so nice and helpful. She even held off on her break as she wanted to finish our transaction, even though I had stepped away to fill out the mailer label. I think the Monee Post Office is lucky to have her!”

“I went to this post office and was greeted at the door by a man in a Batman costume. He was nice and gave me a half eaten sandwich. Delicious mustardy. I even found free gum on the underside of the counter! How Nice! I even found 13 cents and a Tootsie Role on the floor! Amazing!!!”
“I have a practice that when I receive exceptional service, I immediately speak to a person in management to compliment the employee. Today my wife and I had to renew our passports and we needed assistance. Denishia was extremely patient, professional, and knowledgeable about the passport process. We did take the time to speak to her supervisor and manager to let the know how much we appreciated the services we received at the Matteson, Illinois post office. Thanks again Denishia!”
“I’ve been to this post office a few times and always have good service, however today I receive EXCELLENT service. Markeisha went above and beyond to help me get my wedding invitations out. She went one by one to add additional postage that I was missing due to the contents of the envelope. She took her time and was so nice”

“I went to Homewood with a 2pm appointment Monday for a Passport, and it was a mess. Rescheduled for the next day at Hazel Crest.These 2 ladies, Andrea was one, I didn’t catch the other, but both were very pleasant, very kind, helpful, and just all around made the whole experience amazing and efficient. “Our postal carrier, Sonja, deserves the very highest marks possible. She is excellent at delivering our mail and has a customer service attitude and focus that is noteworthy. We are impressed by her willingness to go out of her way and to pay attention to details. The only other carrier to even come close is Lola. Both of these ladies exemplify character and impeccable concern for the needs of their customers. It’s not their words but their actions that make them outstanding.
