“Service is very quick and employees are pretty knowledgeable of services offered. Every time I come to this location, even when there is a line I'm always in and out. Among many this is by far the best post office that I've visited yet.”
“My business depends on a post office that works as one should, and this is the best post office I have experienced. They don't have a self-help kiosk or a big bin for packages, but they quickly scan in prepaid packages that you place on the counter. More importantly, they have some of the best customer service in Lansing. Bob is always helpful and Roscoe is a day-brightener!”
“I actually drove past two other post offices to come here. It's fifteen minutes from my house, while the other two are less than five. I did this because those offices had extremely low ratings, even if you account for a skewed ratio (generally, unhappy customers rate businesses far more often than happy customers).
I was not disappointed. All I found here was friendliness and efficiency. Darlene was an absolute gem. I honestly did not have the energy to deal with someone grumpy today, and while I don't begrudge anyone having a bad day, I just wanted to see a friendly face, especially since I had an unusual mail request.

“I went to this post office and was greeted at the door by a man in a Batman costume. He was nice and gave me a half eaten sandwich. Delicious mustardy. I even found free gum on the underside of the counter! How Nice! I even found 13 cents and a Tootsie Role on the floor! Amazing!!!”
“I have a practice that when I receive exceptional service, I immediately speak to a person in management to compliment the employee. Today my wife and I had to renew our passports and we needed assistance. Denishia was extremely patient, professional, and knowledgeable about the passport process. “We are so fortunate to have this Post Office staff in our community! Our carrier Sue is phenomenal. I think our dogs like her more than us. The deliveries are on time, and we often get a call to make sure a delivery that is time sensitive was made from the local Postmaster. If I could rate them higher than Google's five stars, I would.”

“I had a situation and Donta sent me off. I went to another post office and they told me to go back to Harvey. Raven was a gem and I appreciate her going to the extra effort. I had to come back and edit this review. Because I received a follow up call from the post office and they made sure that I issue was resolved. If I remember the rep. who me was named Darryl. It's going to be 95 degrees and sunny today and 20 employees out of 39 called off. Thank you to those who show up and do their best!”
“Came in today on September 20, 2025 and they opened at 8:23, not 8am as stated. While we waited in the lobby for the employees to open, you could hear people laughing and cackling in the back. After the long wait, I was told that the fingerprinting clerk was not available. There were no signs no warnings that this person was would not be available for the services I needed. Then I was directed to a far away post office and Park Forest.”
