“I was recommended this place when I was freaking out about my car.
I went to another shop because my car was leaking coolant, they couldn’t identify the part, and wouldn’t work on it “because it was behind the engine block”. They told me I would have to go to a dealership. I called Precision and asked if I brought the part in and my car if they would work on it. He said absolutely, and was able to get me in on the same day. He did his own check and found that it was only a T-connector, and not my entire coolant HVAC heater system. It was a $5 part and he got it for me. He had it done that same day, it runs perfectly now. He even cleaned up some of the spilled coolant to reduce the smell and burning. He saved me $80 on the part, and who knows how much on labor with a dealership. I would 10/10 recommend and I will be coming back”
