“This morning I visited Harbor Freight Tools in Crystal Lake, Illinois, and I was thoroughly impressed with the experience.
From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted warmly. As I started down the first aisle, a young employee approached me and asked if he could help. After I explained what I was looking for, he directed me straight to the exact tool I needed.
When I brought the tool to the checkout counter, I had a question about its capabilities. The cashier, rather than guessing, immediately radioed for assistance. Another employee quickly arrived and tried to help by reviewing the information on the packaging. Then, within a minute, a gentleman whom I believe was the manager arrived with product information he had looked up on his phone and was able to confirm that the tool would do exactly what I needed.
What stood out to me was the professionalism, teamwork, and genuine concern shown by everyone involved. No one brushed off my question or gave me a quick answer just to move things along. Instead, they worked together to make sure I received accurate information and left confident in my purchase.
Customer service like this is becoming increasingly rare, and I wanted to recognize the outstanding job this team did. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for knowledgeable, professional, and customer-focused service.”
