“Since the flex pipe repair was done, I’ve had no problems and it was done maybe 18 mos to two years ago. The shop I usually go to in my area gave me an estimate so much greater than Jax.
I just had a new back-up camera installed at Jax and it is better & clearer than the camera installed at the factory. Thank you, Jax, your work has been exceptional!”

“Dan gave me a ride to my home and saw to it that my tires were replaced and I would be able to keep my Dr. appointment. He also picked me up when car was ready. Everything went very smoothly and I was 100 percent satisfied.”
“I pulled in 15 min till close absolutely they greeted me with smiles and I was out in 12 minutes - Crystal lake location was courteous, fast and friendly. And they offered a $25 off coupon . Can't beat that!!! 5 stars!”
“Everyone at Auto Authority is always very helpful, professional, and honest! I have used them for all of my vehicles and they have always exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend them for any issues you may be having with your vehicle.”
“SJM AutoWerks replaced my A/C compressor on my 2020 Volvo for a better price than the dealership. They were honest and fair priced and I will use them again in the future”
“I went to their open house 10/18/25, and everyone treated me like they already knew me. All of the employees are passionate about their work, and they even mounted my tires, welded my exhaust, and shined my tires for free. If you have a saab or a volvo, take it here. You will get a quality job and probably make some friends.”
“Savannah is fantastic, definitely a reason to come back, super friendly and really knows her stuff! I got a full service oil change done and they were incredibly quick, services are affordable as well, will be back!”
“I brought in my Chevy equinox and had Mike check on my brakes and he did a great job. Thanks Mike. He did work on my Ford Taurus years ago. My Boss Jake told me about him.”
“I had the opportunity of doing Business with Erik S I made a delivery today and he was very kind polite even assisted me with taking the pallet into the location. I highly recommend this place for excellent customer. Service skills would like to see him in a future as a manager.. Also, he was very courteous, kind, and polite to customers at the location.”
“I had a great experience at the Walmart Auto Care Center! I came in for my 12:00 PM oil change appointment and was back out by 12:35 PM.
As soon as I walked in, I was immediately greeted and offered help by an employee named Damian. He was extremely kind, professional, and helpful. He provided a level of customer service that I honestly haven’t experienced at any other Walmart Auto Care Center.
After my car was finished, the mechanic Daniel came out and spoke with me about my vehicle. He took the time to explain a problem he noticed that I would have never known about if he hadn’t brought it to my attention. I really appreciate him taking the time to look out for my vehicle and make sure I was informed. I will 100% be back thank you !”
