I ordered a couple sets of dining chairs from this company. Unfortunately, the legs for the chair weren't in the box when I tried to build them; mistakes happen I guess. But when I contacted them about it, they were very attentive and helpful and sent me the legs within the next 2 days afterwards! I really appreciated it.
