“Suzy is a top notch dog groomer! I am very particular when it comes to who I choose to care for my pet and Suzy exceeds my expectations. She’s kind, gentle and caring which is my first priority, but, her grooming skills are exceptional. I’m always pleased with how my “pup” turns out, and, I always get asked about who grooms her. Additionally, Suzy discovered that my dog had a cracked tooth that needed prompt attention, and she put me in touch with a vet that specializes in veterinary dental care. She is THE BEST of THE BEST!”

“Hammie and I love this Pet Supplies Plus! We use the self-service dog wash almost weekly, and sometimes the grooming services too. The staff is absolutely amazing - everyone is always so excited to see Hammie, and they shower her with love, attention, and treats every time we visit. They truly make us feel at home. “Highly recommend Ludwig’s if you have rabbits! It’s a great place to get hay and pellets. They are very reasonable priced. They have 25 pound bag of rabbit pellets which my rabbits love! The grass hay is great. Great quality. They even load it in your car. I’ve been to other feed stores and they are not as great as Ludwig’s.Friendly friendly staff!!”

I love that we can walk inside the mall with the dogs, even bring them into this store.
There are so many snacks to choose from to treat the wonderful pups at the end of a social day.”
“The service provided was efficient and professional. I will use the Vetco vaccination service again. BUT, I’ve made repeated online requests to get a post visit summary without receiving it. This failure to deliver an offered service (I did receive an email stating I could now get a visit summary) is on the edge of being so frustrating that I may decide to not use Vetco again, nor to recommend your services to others.”

“This particular PetSmart out in the western suburbs of Chicago, was HUGE! Though we'll layer out, it took me some time to find the reptile section of the store. I prefer PetSmart because of the large selection of food they carry for my box and water turtles. It's spring here in the Midwest, and my water turtles, a pair of Eastern Painted, are hungry EVERY day! My two box turtles get fed once a week, but that includes lettuce, fresh cut fruit and an entire can of turtle food. The checkout lady was prompt, and I was out the door in minutes. I like being given the option of making a donation to PetSmart charities, right on the credit card pad at checkout. If you're able, may I recommend you make a donation, too!”

“I happen to have been speaking with Sharon, the store manager. She was ever so kind and compassionate. She knows one of my two cats who are brothers, the runt more than likely has cancer. She told me months ago to take him to the vet. She is well suited for her role in management. She goes over and beyond in helping people that come through their doors.
In fact, several of those that work for her are absolutely the best.
A great store, even though it is further away, I enjoy going there.”
“What can I say about PetSmart? If you have a dog, cat, fish, whatever, it's a great place to get all your animal needs at great prices. They have great staff, and no matter what, they'll always come and help you.
It's always been a pleasure to go there, and I believe some days they even have free shampoo for dogs. So I recommend this place to anybody.”

“Every time that our family leaves for an extended vacation, we are never worried about where to leave our boy, Neo. We always get a suite for him and have him enrolled in the group play daily. We always purchase Kongs and pup treats for him. But we are allowed to bring our own treats from home as well as his bed and blanket. We just picked him up from a 9 night stay a couple of weeks ago. A few days before we dropped him off, Neo had to be on medication for a sore on his lip and the staff there were diligent about continuing to apply the medications and antibiotics. They even called me midway through vacation to just inform me of his progress. I always feel comfortable calling for updates whenever we are away and they report back to me how he's eating, how he's playing with the other dogs, and whether he's using the bathroom. It is worth the money to have that kind of peace of mind and to know that our dog is safe and happy. Thank you so much for all you do!”
