“I’ve been coming to this pet store since they opened and Rob is the reason I keep coming back. This place is another bougie pet store with organic/holistic/vegan/etc pet supplies but Rob goes the extra mile for the customers. He is professional, extremely knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and inviting. Not only is he excellent at helping pet owners find what they need, and what they didn’t know they needed, he provides the type of customer service that keeps customers loyal. Honestly, he should be a regional manager or something that oversees how all locations interact with customers because they would probably see a significant bump in sales and repeat customers. It’s a nice store with nice products but doesn’t matter how nice your store is if you don’t know how to treat customers. You can just tell he is a good guy and I trust his advice about my four legged family member just as much as my Vet’s.”
“EVERYBODY needs to visit this place and pick up an adorable cake. I buy them for my dogs every year and they are SUPER affordable. Abby helped me yesterday and she was an absolute doll. She was so friendly and made sure I loved the cake! It is always a 10/10 experience here. I will always recommend this place! An absolute gem in the suburbs.”
“The team here is incredibly skilled and caring. Samantha always go above and beyond to ensure Carter feels comfortable and looks fabulous after every grooming session. Not only do they provide top-notch grooming services, but they also give great tips for maintaining my dog's coat between appointments. The facility is clean, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Carter always leaves happy, and that's the most important thing for me.”

“All American-made pet food and products. Super clean store. Very friendly staff and there's a new puppy ambassador! My elderly dog eats Stella and Chewy and this is a great place to buy it. It's not a cheap product, but American Tails keeps the prices as reasonable as possible.
After all of the Chinese and foreign-manufactured pet food melamine and ingredient scares, I was happy to find a store that is conscientious about the ingredients in its food and what they stock. I appreciate products made in America, particularly when that means they're safer for my pet.
There's a big selection of different brands of food and lines within those brands. There are also natural treats, like bully sticks and duck heads (duck heads!!!). I worry about the grocery store treats that look like extruded plastic and must have a million additives and unnatural flavors.
Highly recommended.”
“We love Hollywood Feed! The wash bays are perfect for our dog and we usually use the food delivery service which makes it possible to not worry about forgetting to get the food for our dogs. It's a wonderful service!!”

Not only did he tell me that they had them in stock but also told me how to measure my dogs feet for the right sizing and explain everything to me so well. Genuinely so thankful for urban mutt and their employees!”
“Staff has always been incredibly helpful and not just "selling pet supplies". They've offered me good advice for my cat, whether it was trying to find a food to help her gain weight or fixing a problem of peeing outside the litterbox. You can tell they're really caring and I appreciate their helpfulness.”
“This place is the best. Our dog, Milo, loves coming in to shop… and the staff is fantastic. Sonia, Amber, Brenda and Kathryn (apologies if I forgot anyone) always love on him when they see him. They’ve always got events going on for dogs, and they are always super helpful with finding and recommending stuff for Milo. If I could give more stars, I would. “First time in and I was greeted kindly by a woman behind the register. She gave me some advice on puppy treats and mentioned/ signed me up for their rewards program. Not only is the store nice and clean, but they’re also cheaper than the big box pet store across the street. They also tend to have harder to find brands, which is a plus! Will definitely be back.”
“Highly recommend Ludwig’s if you have rabbits! It’s a great place to get hay and pellets. They are very reasonable priced. They have 25 pound bag of rabbit pellets which my rabbits love! The grass hay is great. Great quality. They even load it in your car. I’ve been to other feed stores and they are not as great as Ludwig’s.Friendly friendly staff!!”
“Picked up contacts next door and popped in here afterwards, and what a lovely surprise! This is the cutest shop ever and smells incredible since they bake everything in store. Picked up tons of yummy goodies for my two dogs! In addition to treats, there are lots of great pet food options that range from raw to kibble. Also has a dog wash which was spacious and clean. The owner was so kind and I even got to meet his two sweet dogs. I can't wait to come back!”

“Went in today for the first time it’s a beautiful store! We were shopping for a bird and left with two cocktails. They are so hands on with the birds they set us up pretty good with a cage, toys and food. All the birds were beautiful the cages were clean they all seemed very happy there while waiting for home!!”
“I had an absolutely amazing experience at this PetCo. I have come here for years for my hamster and dogs, but recently decided to add a kitten to my home. I was picking out some things for my kitten and there was an amazing employee! I regret not getting her name, but she's a shorter girl with dark hair and glasses. She knew absolutely everything about cats and kittens and gave me amazing advice. She also gave me plenty of online resources to educate myself further. She went above and beyond what her job calls for and gave me a fantastic experience. I really appreciate that she cared so much about my kitten and cared that I was aware of things to provide him a healthy and happy life.”

“Good place to go for general pet needs. Good selection of food, treats, supplies of all kinds. Staff is friendly and helpful. This PetSmart has a pet hotel for boarding and a grooming center. Banfield is gone but really has everything else.”
