“I got a flat tire on a Saturday night with two kids in the car and AAA was not responding. My 14 year old and I attempted to change the tire and a Casey’s employee (John) came out and helped us get it changed so quickly! He was fantastic and so friendly and we are forever grateful! It was about to storm and he got us out of there before it downpoured. He went way above and beyond - thank you so much!”

It's not just for show - early results say it's making service 11 seconds faster on average. "These monitors track key performance metrics in real-time, such as greet times, order processing times and the time it takes for food handoff," Love's explains. The system creates a more interactive environment, fostering friendly competition between stores.
