“Their service there was phenomenal. Last year a guy named Kyle tried to help us get a vehicle but due to car not finished with claim in insurance not completed we couldn't get one at the time. So, this year in June we got a call back from Kyle to check to see if we got anything yet? We did, but the circumstances we had to get out of it so we didn't feel trapped. So, he got us into a beautiful 2009 Honda Civic just so we can have something of our own and no payments until further notice. Kyle is the guy to work with. And the paperwork was very quick and easy. So, we are very pleased with the service there. And to the guy that helped us with paperwork you are great and very friendly with your customers as well.”
“Stephon, Nick and Trey are awesome. They work hard to find cars for renters. Their situation is made difficult by lack of supply. Perhaps Avis corporate can address this as I have seen tight supply nearly every time I come to Decatur. Their lot was empty today. Nevertheless, the client-facing team in Decatur is great. They are better than any Avis desk I have dealt with around the globe.”
“First experience ever with Budget. Honestly, after reading some of the previous negative reviews, I wasn’t sure what to expect—but looks like the owner of the rental recently changed and did improvements, because the service I received was flawless.
The staff was friendly, efficient, and professional, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free (and our Jeep smelled good, which I appreciate). We had some problems with the online rental process, but the employee was understanding and patient with us. Good to see that there are still honest workers in those kind of car rentals where it's pretty common to get scammed !”
