“First person, guessing management, I asked where something was just pointed where it was. Needed help and had to ask cashier to get me someone. A very nice lady, that was doing something else came to help me. She did a great job. Other than that I wasn't impressed with my first time in a Harbor Freight. 4 stars for the young lady that helped me.”

“Has a great selection of items for farm and home. Clothing selection is quite large, even for babies and toddlers. Our favorite is the John Deere selection for the little ones. My personal favorite is the selection of Dewalt tools which are my favorite battery powered tools. I purchased a generator on this trip which the staff was helpful in choosing the best one for home emergencies and to run my camper. The only issue I had was the inventory management was lacking in the number and location of the products.”
“Prices are great for the most part, things are easy to find, help is always close by, but those lines the last 3 times have been quite time consuming. But hopefully that issue will be addressed promptly. I enjoy quick in and out time's. I stay on the go. Other than that your store is absolutely wonderful and my kids love the popcorn and the duckies and bunnies. Would definitely recommend!”

“Kenney's Ace Hardware in Mt. Zion, IL almost always has whatever I need. The people working there are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with anything I need. The folks in the paint department are exceptional. They have helped me several times by mixing custom colors until I got the exact color I wanted. Several years ago, I needed a new car key fob and key. The dealership wanted over $300 for them. I got them at Kenney's for a fraction of that! And they are still working just fine.”
