“Kenny’s Ace hardware always has what I need. Kenny’s Ace always finds me, asking to help me as soon as I enter the store. Kenny’s Ace associates always know where the products I’m looking for are and are always knowledgeable about their products. I now drive just a little further to go to Kenny’s Ace hardware over their competitors because they always come through when the others rarely do. Kenny’s Ace hardware is an outstanding family run business. They care and understand customer service and that is worth a lot to me! Wayne Longwill Decatur, IL”

“First person, guessing management, I asked where something was just pointed where it was. Needed help and had to ask cashier to get me someone. A very nice lady, that was doing something else came to help me. She did a great job. Other than that I wasn't impressed with my first time in a Harbor Freight. 4 stars for the young lady that helped me.”

“We had a very early morning chicken emergency and needed cord stat. We drove to rural king and we couldn't find it anywhere even though it said was in stock. Randy came to our rescue. Since it was super early is hadn't been unloaded just yet. He dug it out for us. Thank you for saving our daily plans and my babies.”

“Has a great selection of items for farm and home. Clothing selection is quite large, even for babies and toddlers. Our favorite is the John Deere selection for the little ones. My personal favorite is the selection of Dewalt tools which are my favorite battery powered tools. I purchased a generator on this trip which the staff was helpful in choosing the best one for home emergencies and to run my camper. The only issue I had was the inventory management was lacking in the number and location of the products.”
