The Hertz branch in Decatur (Jasper Street) is the only car rental branch I will use in Decatur. I don't even think about Enterprise or Avis. My experience with Hertz has always been excellent!

I use this Hertz whenever I rent a car but this time was after an accident and the other guy's insurance was paying. The agent clearly and thoroughly explained the process and the limitations. I am really glad that this Hertz was an option through the insurance.

The manager was very helpful at this location while no service was available at the airport rental agency. I feel I was lucky to have gotten a car here compared with the terrible service at the Decatur airport.
