“Another Verizon store is much closer to me than this location, but the difference in customer service is definitely worth the drive. I really appreciated the thorough explanation of my bill and eligible discounts and promotions that I received. Jason and other store staff were courteous, friendly, and accommodating. I initially thought to buy the new phone outright although decided to purchase it over a three-year service commitment and not go directly to the manufacturer because doing it that way felt right based on how I was treated at this Verizon store (in Long Grove).”

“Took my Mom in to replace her iPhone 13 with a 15. Only one person working on Sunday, and they were helping another customer, so asked us to come back in ~30 minutes. When we returned, a couple other folks had come in, but they honored our pace in line which was nice. The person helping us was efficient, knowledgeable, and professional, and we were in and out with the new phone setup (including new case and screen protector) in about 25 minutes. Not a bad idea to make an appointment before you come in, but definitely recommend this store”

“Nice electronics store. I try and stay out because i always find stuff i wanna buy when i do go in and I really shouldn't. Sales staff is very nice. My only beef is that last time I went in for an Apple Watch they hard sold me on a best buy card I didn't really want or need. Oh well. If I am in the market for electronics that I can't order online and wouldn't have delivered, this is my go too. As infrequently as possible for the sake of my budget. I will also never ever go around Christmas, as the day after Christmas and the black Thursday/Friday/Monday whatever, is insane.”

“I really enjoyed my grocery shopping here as this was my first experience . Bakery & Deli needs lots of improvement and Produce should be fresher and cleaner but I found frozen items to be particularly varied with many choices. But don't buy chips/ snacks here as terribly overpriced”

“It's a bit of a mess in this Super Target (recovering from Black Friday I guess). I could not find any holiday tablecloths. A Target team member directed me to the area and I later found a few vinyl ones in the Magnolia section but they were too small. The store is pretty quiet now and I found the ginormous candy bars for my white elephant exchange! Lots of candy, feathery friends, so many gingerbread houses (even a Target one - how meta!), and plenty of ornaments, etc.”

“Update: Thursdays are now $1.00. It is a great place to shop for bargains. I love coming here and looking for stocking stuffers and small gifts. I have gotten press on nails, makeup, party plates (bundles), clothing, car accessories, toys, pet toys/treats, food items... and more... they even have a refrigerator section with cheeses and other great items. I love the people who work here, they are kind and helpful. If you're looking for something specific they will take down your phone number and let you know when they have some.”

He’s helped us; he’s helped my elderly parents. We’ve added lines, changed phones, ported over numbers, you name it. He explains everything clearly: options, the steps we need to follow, and what to expect. He’s patient, kind, and fun to work with! His crew is so helpful, too. (Shout-out to Jacky!)
