When we got back, we came to this store and Wes was amazing at letting us know all the options available, getting the phone replaced, and restoring the data from his stolen phone. He turned a bad situation around into a good experience. I’m grateful for the support he gave us.”

“This target, and this target specifically, I always refer to as the “chic-fil-a” target. Not because they’re affiliated in anyway, but because of their customer service. I can go anywhere and get an insincere greeting, I come here because the staff greet you with a smile and when they ask how your day is going, they genuinely care. Today, Danny asked me about my choice of potato chip and we had a lovely conversation. He even gave me a vacation recommendation I’m very excited to try! And I even heard him making the same conversation with the person who checked out just before me. And mind you, the staff here are able to offer this service without slowing down their more rote duties at all. Very impressive. I hope management takes note of this location. I come here knowing I spend more than alternatives because of the excellent customer service I know I’m going to receive”
