I first met him at the East Dundee T-Mobile location, and his customer service made such a great impression on me that I ended up driving all the way from Elgin to the Lake Zurich location just to continue working with him. To me, customer service matters, and Bello truly sets the standard.
My family and I were switching 7 lines from Verizon to T-Mobile, which was a long and sometimes complicated process because of our different work schedules. Throughout the entire process, Bello was incredibly patient, professional, and helpful. He always took the time to answer our questions, keep us informed, and make sure everything was handled correctly.
What really stood out was that his support didn’t stop when we left the store. He continued helping us while we were at home, making himself available whenever we needed assistance and going above and beyond to ensure the transition went smoothly.
It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers the way Bello does. “This Target in west Schaumburg is huge. There is more merchandise, plenty of selection to choose from and a Pizza Hut - Eye Wear (prescription glasses/lenses) store etc… I visited this location on an early Saturday morning (05/09/26) around the time it opened. It was after placing a website order the day before. I was given fasts email notification stating all my products were ready for pickup at the Higgins location. There was one exception my fruit order had sold out giving me an equal chance to receive at a nearby store. I was given this choice for pickup at the west Schaumburg location. The email notification was received right away and I was asked to come to this location the very next day for pickup. Everything about the store ( SUPER TARGET) was good but the associate who scanned my pickup wasn’t the nicest person. So the store will be receiving a four star ⭐️ but one off for the associate with the strange not so nice personality.

No matter the day or time, Will always has the biggest smile on his face and genuinely makes the experience better. He’s friendly, welcoming, polite, and always takes a moment to say hi and ask how people’s day is going. That small interaction makes a bigger difference than people realize.
I’ll honestly wait in the self-checkout line if it means Will is there, because his attitude and positivity set the tone for the whole visit. Target is lucky to have him.”
