“We went in looking at chairs. We found a fabric we liked and Jackie, the sales consultant, checked the price. It was a bit high. She found another fabric in the same color range and priced that at a considerable difference in cost savings. We valued her suggestion as a possible alternative. She was friendly, helpful and personable. This is in contrast with an unfriendly, unhelpful sales associate that we encountered at Crate and Barrel before we visited Pottery Barn. Customer service is everything!”
