“My wife and I went out on Thursday July 2 to run some errands. Didn't plan to stop into Mattress Firm but we did as we were wanting a new bed. Anyway Sanjeev Gupta met us at the door. He was great, we explained our situation and he understood exactly what we were looking for. He showed us 2 different types of bed explaining each one. We went home thought about it and called him to see when he would be there on Friday July 3rd. We told him we would be in. A crazy storm moved through the area on the 3rd and the store lost power. He called us to let us know so we didn't make an unproductive trip. We went in on July 4th and sealed the deal. I think Sanjeev went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I'll be referring people to Sanjeez. Thank you Sanjeev!”

“It was hassle-less, almost. We walked into the showroom. NO ONE WAS THERE. Not even someone to keep an eye on things. We had to call an 800 number to get a question answered. Delivery was fat! Next morning. Delivery drivers were pleasant.”
“If I could give Jason 10 stars, I would. He has been such a wonderful help, getting the guys that reassembled my bed this morning, back to my house, to put the mattress up against the headboard, as it was several inches away. Your customer service is a nightmare, when my issue was not relative to any of the prompts. That is why I reached out to Jason.. He made follow-up calls to make sure that the guys would be back by end of day, and he was so nice to keep me updated. I am truly grateful for his help!”
