“I was told that if I wrote a review, I’d receive a pair of earrings. I was initially happy to do it, but then I overheard what sounded like the owner on the phone rudely asking, “is that woman still standing?” while Ramya responded, “yes, yes, she is buying,” and I felt like I was being watched on camera. That made me uncomfortable, so I declined the earrings and even considered deleting this review.
I also didn’t appreciate the $25 fee just to try on a dress if you don’t end up purchasing it. I had every intention of buying, but that policy almost made me walk away. Since I was only visiting Chicago for a few hours and had already taken an Uber to get there, I ended up making a purchase anyway and paid $430, even though I didn’t really have the time to keep looking around. The fee of 25$ for trying on a dress was anything I have ever heard like .the owner asking rudely on phone .
That said, Ramya herself was very kind and sweet, and I appreciated her attitude. However, because of the overall experience, I don’t think I’ll return or recommend this place to my friends.”

“I went to several formalwear shops before finding Gentlemen’s Quarters Formalwear, and I was surprised how many places wanted to charge just for a measurement — this was the only place that measured me for free. Ed took care of me and was thorough, measuring everywhere I needed. He was friendly, patient, and clearly knew what he was doing. Really appreciated the honest, no-pressure service. Highly recommend if you want a tuxedo shop that treats you right from the first visit.”

“Back around July 20th (give or take a few days) I was in town visiting my Father who was very ill. I needed to stop in to buy a suit as my dad was about to pass away. As you could imagine, I was not in the right head space to pick out a suit nor did I want to talk to anyone. The gentleman who helped me (Larry) took time out of his day to not only talk to me about the suit but spent time getting to know me as a individual and even asked questions about who my Dad was. On the 26th of July my Dad passed away and for the funeral a part of my suit did not fit right. I was afraid that I would not be able to fix it. Larry once again came to the rescue and I was able to go to the funeral with no issues concerning my outfit. I understand that part of Larry's job is to communicate with the customers, however he went above and beyond with me which really made me appreciate the type of person Larry is and how much he loves to help others. This is a special trait in today's day and age. Thank you VERY much for your kindness shown during that difficult time in my life! You brought happiness in my life when I needed it most! For anyone visiting this store, Ask for Larry! You will not be disappointed!! Thanks again Larry for all that you did for me during this unpleasant time in my life.”

They are very knowledgeable about current styles but also keeping in mind classic and long-lasting staples. They tailor on-site with quick turnaround. Highly recommend!”

“This was my first time ever walking into this store. I never went in because I thought it was a bunch of knockoff stuff but I was wrong. This store has everything I need for sports. I’m a BIG Chicago fan and I know out of all these stores in Woodfield mall, this store has the most variety of stuff to choose from. I would always shop at Lids because of their coupons. I’m hoping this store has the same sales or coupons like their competitors. But I will definitely make this my to go to sports store. Also, I was very impressed by how nice the staff was. “Some things I really love about this Duluth Trading location: - Great service, friendly associates. - It's a well laid out store, and the employees are constantly straightening, so you can easily find what you are looking for. - Quality, durable merchandise. The clothing items will last a long time. - Easy returns or exchanges. No questions, no hassle. - Pet friendly store. - Clean restrooms. - Soft, "Buck naked" underwear! Unless there are good sales, items are pricier than local competitors, like Cabela's, but again, Duluth sells items that last. There were some great deals here the week of Black Friday. I love the back area where you can sit and check out some of their books for sale, too.”
“Marissa was absolutely wonderful. My 6yo daughter has exceptionally high sensory feelings on the top of her feet. It's extremely hard to buy shoes for her. Even brands that offer Wide Width don't always miss that zone on the top of the foot by the toes and she just can't wear them. Vans collaborated with Kpop Demon Hunters and my kids wanted them sooo bad.
Was able to get their sizes and when I brought them home .... Like I feared, she wouldn't be able to wear them. I went back to the store to return them with daughter in hand to try on other shoes praying we could find something that she would be able to wear.
I explained my concern to Marissa and she absolutely understood and patiently went through box after box after box after box with not even a hint of frustration (a pure Saint). She found a high top that was even in the Kpop DH collection in a different size to give her that extra wiggle room (Thank you @Vans for being one of the few brands to offer 1/2 sizes) and that smile my daughter had when they fit and were comfortable is the reason us parents will go out of the way for. That smile was everything! Thank you, Marissa for having such patience and understanding with the dedication to help us get a pair of shoes today. It meant the world to me!”
