Rally House Woodfield Mall is a sports merchandise store offering a wide variety of officially licensed gear. It carries apparel for Chicago professional teams like the Cubs, White Sox, Blackhawks, Bears, and Bulls, including jerseys for team legends. It also features college merchandise for many local and Big Ten schools. The store provides on-field and throwback styles, along with Chicago-themed items. Customers report the staff is very polite, nice, helpful, and fun to interact with, providing quick service. One reviewer was initially skeptical but found the store has everything needed for sports and the most variety in the mall, making it their new go-to sports store. Another highlights a positive experience where staff kindly resolved a complicated return issue from another location. The store is noted for having items at reasonable prices. However, one customer expresses a strong desire for more Indiana University merchandise, feeling it is underrepresented compared to other teams. Overall, experiences are positive, with shoppers impressed by the selection and service.
Being that I visit and I didn’t have anything in the area, it was great just to see all the variety they had in the different sports teams, and the staff was eager to answer questions and helpful when needed
