“I have been using Hemant and this UPS Store since it opened for everything from notary services to purchasing shipping supplies to sending packages. I am always happy to have an excuse to go in and see Hemant. I could buy packing supplies a little cheaper elsewhere, but this store is super convenient and Hemant is awesome!For the first time this week I used Hemant for something more important: to package an expensive item for shipping (via FedEx). Hemant was great in that his price was reasonable, he did it quickly and let me send him a FedEx label and schedule a FedEx pickup at his store. I felt like this was very customer-focused concierge service that was well worth the price.Unfortunately, the $2k alabaster sculpture arrived to the receiver damaged. It was insured for the full amount through FedEx and a claim has been filed with all relevant photos and info.I called Hemant to let him know what happened and that it appeared to me and the receiver that there was not sufficient packing material and the claim could be denied by FedEx as a result. Though Hemant said he thought he packaged it sufficiently, he took the tough news in stride and asked to send the photos of the damage and keep him updated on the insurance claim.I have such high regard for and faith in Hemant that I am leaving this review knowing that if FedEx does deny the claim, Hemant will do the right thing and pay for the item in full. He is that kind of person and businessman.The character of people and businesses only shows its true colors during trying times and when mistakes are made. I have the utmost confidence that Hemant will make it right, if necessary. I will update this review accordingly.”

“I sent a parcel for the first time via DOMA, and I am super satisfied, they received the parcel in Poland after 5 weeks, and the cool thing is thatI received notifications about the location of the package! The service is also very helpful and nice! I recommend DOMA to everyone!”

“An employee named Jared or Jaren went above and beyond last week. I called exactly when they opened (and he answered) because I needed to print funeral programs for that morning. He said he was the only one in but that he’d try to get it done. Then, he called me back to tell me that he hadn’t received the file (I had made a ridiculous typo in the email). It was so incredibly thoughtful to follow up and to make sure the programs were printed on time. I’m really appreciative and will choose this location for any elective ship/print/etc needs going forward.”

Had a problem with Amazon but Ali was so patience and helped me solved the problem. Offered me some water and made sure I was seating down to make me comfortable. “This is a very reliable location for all your mailing needs and more! I ship everything from this location for years now and they are always so easy to deal with. Customer Service is 10 stars every time! I needed something notarized and my bank said they couldn't do it until July 5th and I needed an appointment. Then I came here on a hunch that they had notary service. They notarized my document within 2 minutes and only charged $5! That beats all your time and gas wasted trying to get notary appointments for weeks later. Maaz was so patient and helped us with making a copy of the document, envelope then shipping the document for us. They saved the day and I'm very satisfied with all their service. The store is always spotless and clean. Rates are a lot better than the other UPS stores too. They also do USPO regular mail options. Services also include notary, copies, mail supplies and postal mail boxes. Best and only place you need to go for all your mail resources! Thanks Ahmed and Maaz for helping us so much!”

“We sent in a menu card for an upcoming wedding. The file format we used was not sized properly. When we went to pick up the order, it was exactly like the file but we wanted the card narrower than what was printed. David initially helped us with the details then Jacob took over as it required sizing changes, font spacing, color changes, cleaning up fuzzy lettering, etc. We should have started from scratch and given these guys free rein to start over. They worked the document over several times while we were in the store and they nailed it. Our daughter, the bride, was very pleased with the outcome. We came here to have signs and banners printed for our prior wedding shower. Now here for the menu cards. We WILL be back for the wedding programs. These guys are great and very patient with customers having very specific quality requirements. Thank you!”

“I was at store 3611 and worked with Roberto. From the start I found him courteous and personable. I had many questions and he patiently answered and showed me examples of what I needed. I was having computer issues in turning pages into PDF, he was very knowledgeable and walked me through what I should do. As he was putting the pages together he actually called me to make sure I would be ok if the pages had a white border and if he could shrink a page by 2% so it would fit. Needless to say, I love the end product and am extremely happy with the dedication Roberto exhibited.”

The box was intact, in good condition and complete, I had no problems or delays. I didn't think there was anything that could be done but mentioned it to the team at this location anyway. “I was very stressed by the process of moving a lot of my personal belonging from my parents’ house in the US to Poland. I decided to entrust my precious cargo (a lifetime of books, keepsakes and other souvenirs) with Polamer as it is a reputable company that has been recommended by several people I know. I liked that their website lets customers estimate the fees and gives clear instructions on what to expect. I packed 7 heavy boxes and dropped them at their Schaumburg office on September 14. The ladies were extremely helpful and efficient: showed me a cart I could use to bring the boxes from the car, advised on hacks to streamline the customs process, secured my boxes and answered all my newbie questions. All in all, I was done in less than 25 minutes. I was advised that my items would be delivered in 4 to 6 weeks but realistically, I expected 8-10 weeks. I periodically tracked my boxes online and then I received a text message from the courier company stating that my shipment will be delivered that day. Turns out that 5 weeks, day for day (on October 19), I was taking delivery of my 7 boxes. Everything arrived in good condition and I had no additional fees or taxes to pay on delivery. I was very, very happy! I won’t finish this review stating that I will use them again… I am currently in the process of packing another 6-7 boxes to ship by Polamer, hoping to receive them by year’s end.”
