I found Maple Street Lofts under construction at the time, picked out a beautiful top floor apartment and the rest is history! It's been "home" for more than 2 years now. I love the well-maintained and green pool/hot tub area and outdoor gas fireplaces. The secured and clean building and package room, Angelo Caputo's Market, helpful office (shout out to Georgia/Andrew), very timely maintenance, quiet neighbors and friendly folks are all just some of the many positive things about living here. “For 6 years I called The Glen View home. It was a great place to live. The office staff are friendly and easy to talk to, especially Sebastian and Francine. The entire maintenance crew makes you feel like you're family. All of them are incredibly kind, and complete work orders quickly. In the years I lived here the community was very quiet and respectful of each other. I highly recommend this apartment complex.”
“I have been living at the Albion East building for six months now and only have had warm exchanges with neighbors and staff.
I find Andrea and Itzel to be very helpful as they carry out tasks with a caring demeanor. Patty, has been a terrific manager, following through issues with competency and respect.
I very much enjoy living at the Albion which has become my new home.”
“Update after 3 Years: I have officially lived here 3 years now and have just renewed for a fourth year. I stand by everything I stated below. Rent is extremely fair for apartments of similar quality in the area. The place is QUIET! Yes all apartments have some noise, but I have never had an unreasonably noisy neighbor. Everyone is very friendly. The staff is great! Renewing your lease is easy and hassle free. The maintenance staff goes absolutely above and beyond.Previous comments: I’ve lived here for 1.5 years now. The rent is very fair for the area. The buildings are quiet and well kept. Maintenance staff is very responsive and does a great job. The front office staff is very nice and responsive. They have also been taking the time to update the buildings (new paint, etc) and upkeep the grounds (new flowers, signage, trees, etc.)”
“I have been a resident at Deer Valley Apartment’s in Lake Bluff, Illinois for over 10 years. I have always considered Deer Valley my home due to the cleanliness, maintenance, management staff, and privacy. I have made lifetime friends, not neighbors. My physical condition of having one leg, the SERVICE here has been phenomenal by management which has assisted me in a Better Quality of Life. Also, I have referred others which have moved into our community. The rental rates are fair, especially for me since I am retired on a fixed income. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND renting here.Thank you Deer Valley !!!”
“This is an amazing property. It’s seated on a very prime land in the north shore. I’ve been living here for a year and now in the process of renewing our lease. The rooms are clean, maintenance is quick and does excellent work. Clean and safe parking space and a car wash (with warm water) accessible to all residents. Friendly staff.. friendly residents, easy 2 minutes access to the main highway that’s a straight shot into Chicago downtown… Mariano’s grocery store is literally down a few doors away (4 minutes walking distance), never experienced any security issues, clean swimming pools to enjoy the summer, the list goes on and on… and then there is Meg, she is magnificent and always jumping with solutions.. I love this place”
“We just moved in, and this place is perfect for us! Diana from the office was incredibly patient and kind, showing us several units. We decided on the same day, and by the next day, we had the place we wanted. The entire moving process with Diana was fast and smooth, and her quick responses to our questions were fantastic. We’re loving the area with its trees, beautiful pool, 24 hour access gym area and clean, well-secured organized surroundings—it really feels like a premium or luxury community!”
“Maintenance here is top notch. I can’t give high enough praises to the two gentlemen that helped with replacing my dishwasher. Not only did I get a new dishwasher (I was expecting some kind of fix to the original one, which was new to begin with) but the gentlemen were polite, considerate, and quick! Not to mention, they had a great sense of humor. They took care of it in about 26 minutes- which is lighting quick.
They even left behind some dish soap for the washer when they were done!

“I have lived here for almost seven years and this place is home. This is the longest I have ever lived in one place so it should say something. There's no perfect situation so let's be honest with ourselves, things happen. However the building is cared for, problems are addressed and handled. You will make friends with the neighbours as you can build your own community here. For what you pay, this place is absolutely worth it. I personally have been through some personal situations, Michelle, the complex director has been very helpful and understanding. During covid, Renee (spelling) even brought packages and left them outside of my door. Just wanted to give a fair and realistic review. If you are looking for a place that you can call home, don't look any further.”
