“I have lived here for eight years now and could like it better. The building is kept super clean thanks to a wonderful cleaning staff. Maintenance is amazing, in the few instances where I required the maintenance team to come, they were quick, efficient and so nice! Thank you Jose and Reuben!
One of the main reasons I stay here is because of the management office. Frances and Andriana are just great and so helpful. To be truthful, if they were to leave, I would also consider leaving.”
“I met Michael from the leasing office back in October 2025. At that time, I was going through a divorce, was preparing for a herniated disc surgery, and was putting my house up for sale. Michael knew I was coming to the Dunton Tower, but he also knew it was going to take a bit of time. He kept in touch with me via e-mail, as king about my neck, my house, asked how I was doing overall, but at the same time, he was not overly pushy, he just gently cared about everything I was going through. I moved in 2 days ago, and Michael and Nicole have been great. They have answered all of my questions (I had a lot, HAHA), and remained extremely patient with a man who has never lived in an apartment or condo (me)! This building is great, the location is great, and Michael and the entire office are just so kind and helpful. I highly recommend the Dunton Towers, and I’m happy to be here and setting in nicely,”

“We had a great experience touring with Nellie. She was professional, efficient, and genuinely caring throughout the whole process. It was clear that she knows the community well and truly cares about the people who live there.
One detail I especially appreciated was that she asked us to take off our shoes before walking into a carpeted unit. That showed real respect for the future tenants and a commitment to making sure they receive a clean, well-maintained home with fresh carpet.
Nellie came across as thoughtful, kind, and very professional. We really appreciated the tour and would highly recommend her.”

“The maintenance team at Glenview Luxury Apartments is hands down the best. They are awesome, fast, and always on top of any maintenance issue that comes up. Juan, the maintenance supervisor, does an excellent job managing everything and making sure things get done right. His team, Luis and Paul, are just as great — very kind, professional, and friendly. You can really tell they care about the residents and take pride in their work. I truly appreciate the entire maintenance team and the great service they provide.”
“We moved into our apartment in November 2025 and living here has been wonderful. The building is extremely well managed and maintained. Everything in the common areas is pristinely clean. The on site office is available for questions and quickly follows up with requests.
We absolutely love being able to “take the elevator to the grocery store.” Having Caputo’s right here is such a lovely convenience. While we do not have a dog currently, we love seeing the wide array of dogs who live here as we come and go through the building.
We are looking forward to taking advantage of the awesome pool very soon! Cannot recommend Top of the Mount enough.”
“Great location -- you can live here without a car as everything is within walking distance, including the train to Evanston and downtown Chicago -- and the current management is responsive to requests and good at communicating. The maintenance guys are great. You have to pay to park in the garage below the building but it has level-2 EV chargers, lots of them.”

“Update after 3 Years: I have officially lived here 3 years now and have just renewed for a fourth year. I stand by everything I stated below. Rent is extremely fair for apartments of similar quality in the area. The place is QUIET! Yes all apartments have some noise, but I have never had an unreasonably noisy neighbor. Everyone is very friendly. The staff is great! Renewing your lease is easy and hassle free. The maintenance staff goes absolutely above and beyond.Previous comments: I’ve lived here for 1.5 years now. The rent is very fair for the area. The buildings are quiet and well kept. Maintenance staff is very responsive and does a great job. The front office staff is very nice and responsive. They have also been taking the time to update the buildings (new paint, etc) and upkeep the grounds (new flowers, signage, trees, etc.)”

“I have lived here for almost seven years and this place is home. This is the longest I have ever lived in one place so it should say something. There's no perfect situation so let's be honest with ourselves, things happen. However the building is cared for, problems are addressed and handled. You will make friends with the neighbours as you can build your own community here. For what you pay, this place is absolutely worth it. I personally have been through some personal situations, Michelle, the complex director has been very helpful and understanding. During covid, Renee (spelling) even brought packages and left them outside of my door. Just wanted to give a fair and realistic review. If you are looking for a place that you can call home, don't look any further.”

“I wish I still lived here! The office staff is amazing, all of my interactions with the ladies working in there were positive (my situation while I was there was a bit messy) but they took the time to talk me through everything and made me aware of my options. When I moved in they were in the process of changing management, but even with all of that going on they were able to accommodate to get the move in going. I didn’t frequent the common areas all that often but never had any issues when I did. Was almost always able to get parking near the door closest to my unit. The unit itself was really nice, lots of kitchen outlets! Work orders were handled in a timely fashion. In the year I was there I only ever heard one of my neighbors twice through the walls, otherwise it’s relatively quiet!
I would like to note 2 things just based on personal preference for anyone reading reviews before moving in:
1. The bedroom in my unit did not have overhead lighting (I believe it’s the same for all but not 100% certain). I didn’t take that into account, I am not much of a lamp person. (Again, personal preference!)
2. If you are a light sleeper and/or work an overnight and sleep into the morning/afternoon, avoid units close to the garbage pickup area. Trash is picked up multiple times a week. I am sadly both of the above, but I was able to switch my schedule and make it work!”
