“I haven’t had “work” done on my car yet, but wanted to share a negative quickly turned positive experience that I had . I had brought my car in to get checked out and was told if they didn’t get to my car that day, they would get to it the next day. When the next day came and I still hadn’t gotten a call, I felt frustrated that I had to reach out to hear what was going on. I was told I’d get a call back with an update and as the end of the day came near, I was even more frustrated that I had to reach out again. I expressed my frustration and the man I spoke with was very kind and took ownership in the fact that my car had fallen through the cracks and had not been contacted. To me, this business gets five stars because instead of giving me the run around, they took ownership, apologized, and made things right. My car was made a priority the next morning and I was given an honest assessment and next steps. I didn’t feel like anyone was trying to get me to purchase any unnecessary repairs. They even comped me the service charges due to the situation. And as a bonus, everyone was kind and patient with my energetic five year old. Everyone makes mistakes, what matters is how you choose to handle it. Thanks for your integrity and honesty. We’ll be back.”

“After 21 years of Chicago parking my 2003 Jaguar was showing a few battle scars. I stopped by Superior Collision and met Dave and Sky. They were terrific. We agreed on a very fair price and in 2 days, my Jag looked like new.
They whipped up their own touch up paint and repaired all the dings and even deep scratches. I think they buffed out the entire car. I got more than I paid for.
This was my second visit to Superior Collision. They are my go to place for body repairs.”

I was so worried because I have cloth seats and chipotle spilled in the passenger seat and chicken both had spilled on the floor. Both things caused staying and smells. “Hugo and his Team did an amazing job with a full interior and exterior detailing of my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L. It looks like the car just came out of a showroom, not a car that has 64,000 Mile on it. The interior smell brand new, the exterior looks like it was freshly painted, and the engine looks like it hasn't even been driven outside. I always say you get what you pay for, well in this case I feel I got way more for the price that I paid. Being a commissioner in Wheeling and love supporting local Wheeling Businesses I truly recommend Fantasy Car Wash Detail Inc. Big thanks to Hugo and his team, looking forward to my next visit.”

“90% of the mechanics I've been to either take to long or charge too much. I brought my first classic car to him and he got back to me the day after and updated me. After the inspection he found a major root of the problem and fixed it as soon as the part got there. If you're looking for an honest, friendly, and timely mechanic then niko is your guy.”

“This is an amazing body shop for BMWs, Mercedes, Ineos and Land Rovers. Our Land Rover had been rear ended but was still driveable. The shop was efficient, communicative and worked very hard with our insurance company (State Farm) to get claim funds to cover the entire repair. They were very detailed in their inspection and assessment report. They used new, OEM parts. We worked with Chris and were very impressed with him, especially. This shop is very high quality. We got our vehicle back immaculately detailed, inside and out. This is clearly a high-demand shop, so it took two months to get an appointment. That's just the way it is now since the pandemic. But once they had the vehicle it was repaired in less than two weeks. I hope we don't have any other collisions in the future, but if we do, we'll definitely be back.”
“Got my car detailed yesterday. They did an awesome job. I got the the full interior and exterior including polishing. They treated the convertible top and leather interior. They were also able to remove a couple small scratches and a paint scrape. Looks showroom new! Took about 4 hours. Cost with tip was $345, they do accept credit cards. Will return with our other vehicles.”

“My fiancé and I came up to Chicago for the weekend and were staying up in Deerfield. Woke up to a nail in our tire. We were able to walk over to Golz and they were super willing to give us a ride back with an air tank to fill up our tire so we could avoid paying for a tow truck and drive the car down to their shop. They got us in right away, fixed it super quick, and even made sure all of our other tires were filled.
If we are ever back in the area and have any issues with a vehicle, we will definitely be coming back to Golz!”
