“I went to Verizon because I hadn’t gotten any emails in 2 days! I tried for 2 days to figure it out but couldn’t. I was pretty upset about this when I walked in! This really nice guy asked how he could help and when I told him about not getting emails he said he had someone else with the same problem the other day. So he started trying all different things and even asked a co-worker to help. She was working on my phone and he was working on my iPad. After awhile he made some calls and even went on YouTube to try to figure out the problem! He kept apologizing and I told him it wasn’t his fault. After about 2 hours, whatever he did next worked! Over 3000 emails started downloading! He was determined to figure it out and he did! He was so kind and understanding! His name is Sabo Menkovic and I can’t thank him enough for fixing my problem and giving me the best customer service!!! Thanks again ? ???”

Venue: I went to use the restroom and there were mouse poop dropping everywhere!!! Unsanitary! And by the drinking fountain there was clearly a mouse poop trap and a hat ever, but housekeeping has clearly let the poop go everywhere. This is seriously unsafe. Customer service is 4 stars. Mouse poop 0 stars.”
