I visited this location after having a frustrating experience at another Boost mbile store, and I’m really glad I did. Megan helped me, and from the moment I walked in, already dealing with a lost phone and a bad prior experience, she completely turned things around.
She was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. Even though the deal I originally came in for wasnt available to me (which was definitely frustrating), Megan took the time to work with me and find the best option that fit my needs. At no point did I feel rushed or like she was just trying to make a sale, she genuinely cared about helping me.
That level of customer service really stood out. Ill definitely be comin back for any future needs and I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for honest, helpful support and someone who actually takes the time to answer your questions.”

“Jessie was absolutely amazing. My son has been a First Responder for nearly 10 years. He joined the Navy 2 months ago and his and had no access to his phone. His FirstNet phone service was cancelled because he was not able to reverify his FirstNet status. After several phone calls and stops at 2 AT&T stores we came to the AT& T store at 445 East town line Road. Jessie was not only patient and professional she went above and beyond to make sure his phone was turned on and his ForstNet status was reinstated! She was genuine so helpful! “I recently went to the Apple Store to help my mom trade on her phone. They were not equipped to help us, gave us misinformation about price of a phone through ATT, told us her phone plan had to change and would be more expensive - and took the screen protector off of the phone without our consent. We left and went to ATT and met with Benjamin. Wow!! He was amazing!! Gave my mother the exact information, support and service she needed to walk out the door with the perfect phone and even saved her money on her phone plan. Not only that, but he showed me how to optimize the camera on my 17 pro max. Terrific service!!!”

“Michael made this one of the best customer experiences ever. Normally this process is arduous at best and a series of upsells that is all about increasing revenue and not helping the actual customer. This was not the case here.— Michael was all about the service and set up and customer needs. I was seriously considering leaving Verizon after 25 years because of the lack of attentiveness, lackluster customer service and increasing bills. The experience today gave me renewed hope that truly caring customer service isn’t dead just yet.”
