“Kelly you are the best! Let me tell you folks, I agree with Lisa B. Kelly had 3 customers that needed extensive assistance, but not me. LOL. Her voice tone was calm, yet professional. The way she handled each situation close to closing time, you would think the store just opened. I needed internet service immediately, just moved from Florida. Kelly provided me with the right equipment, explained what will happen, what I need to do, and it should take less than 15 minutes to set up. Got home and it took only 5. Kelly, listen to me, if you decide to go into another profession, choose Emergency Room, News Anchor or Radio host. Thank you again!”

“Brought my iPhone 14 Pro Max in for a cracked screen and the owner was upfront that the back glass crack didn't actually need fixing — just recommended I avoid water since the seal's compromised. Appreciated the honesty instead of upselling me on a repair I didn't need. Screen repair itself was quick and reasonably priced. Would go back.”
“Excellent service at iPro Repair! My Samsung Galaxy S23+ wouldn't update past Android 13 after I switched carriers, and I needed Android 14 for work MFA. The technician was incredibly patient and worked on it until the upgrade went through. Fixed while I waited, at a very reasonable price. The store is clean and well-maintained too. Highly recommend!”

“I recently went to the Apple Store to help my mom trade on her phone. They were not equipped to help us, gave us misinformation about price of a phone through ATT, told us her phone plan had to change and would be more expensive - and took the screen protector off of the phone without our consent. We left and went to ATT and met with Benjamin. Wow!! He was amazing!! Gave my mother the exact information, support and service she needed to walk out the door with the perfect phone and even saved her money on her phone plan.
