“I ordered a hard-to-find toy from them online almost a month before a beach vacation. It got hung up with UPS and I didn't notice it until more than a week after placing the order. I was told by a store employee that they checked with UPS and were told to just let it ride. The toy store manager, Angela, decided to ship a second item by hand delivering to the UPS store herself, in an effort to get me the item before I left for vacation. Unfortunately, the item didn't arrive in time. However, upon returning from vacation, I found that the package was delivered with a very apologetic note and a couple of extra goodies for the inconvenience. The second item arrived and we were told we could also keep that one too. Ultimately, I was disappointed that my kids couldn't enjoy the toy while on vacation. However, it was nice to see that they were considerate about the situation and did their very best to make things right. You don't see that every day and I commend them for that. If only the larger companies could take note of this level of customer service!”

“This is the second time I’ve ordered from this store & both experiences exceeded expectations! The first time, I was looking for a specific product. It was shown on their website, but currently out of stock (in the middle of the supply chain issues). I called to check when/if it would be back in stock and their communication was stellar! They let me know that it had been ordered and kept me apprised of subsequent delays.The second time I ordered (today), I was given the option of free local delivery as one of the shipping methods. The gift appeared at my door wrapped complimentary.Both experiences, the people who work here couldn’t be nicer; they truly understand the value of good customer service!”

“I had been recommended this store by 2 different friends when I mentioned having questions about certain stroller brands. There unfortunately isn’t a store super like this close to us (we went to Nordstrom & the worker there wasn’t super helpful). My mom, sister, husband & I drove almost an hour to get to here & it was so worth it! Chris was so helpful & helped alleviate some stress I’m experiencing as a soon to be first time mother. “I need special party type items for volunteer work I do. It's become increasingly difficult to find the things I need since many of the exclusive party stores have closed. I found everything I needed online at Windy City, and though it's not a store you can walk into and browse, they made it easy to order what I needed online and pick it up at there warehouse. Much appreciate what they offer.”
“My family and I went to buy some loose Pokemon cards that my sons were interested in. The cards that they wanted were very random and consisted of Pokemon using all different energies as well as Trainers. The owner Jester was there and he was extremely helpful, helping us find over 30 of the cards that they were looking through by going through binders and loose cards in a box, which was extremely tedious. We've been to many Gamers Worlds where the employees running the store seem like they couldn't care less about their customers. We were fortunate to have the exact opposite experience here and want to thank Jester so much for his kindness and patience!”

Came right before opening to purchase riftbound boxes and was able to get them for extremely reasonable prices. they had some supply issues but still allowed me and my friend to make the purchase. Brian even talked about other releases and their events being hosted every week.
First time coming and definitely not my last. I highly recommend if you’re looking to buy some cards.”
