It was shown on their website, but currently out of stock (in the middle of the supply chain issues). I called to check when/if it would be back in stock and their communication was stellar! They let me know that it had been ordered and kept me apprised of subsequent delays.The second time I ordered (today), I was given the option of free local delivery as one of the shipping methods. “Natasha is wonderful. She does a beautiful job cutting my son's hair. He is not a fan of getting his hair cut - he gets freaked out by the hair clippers and scissors by his ears - and she makes him feel comfortable. She also has done a great job on my teen, and even my own hair! She gives good advice on how to continue to style the hair at home. She's very friendly and nice to talk to as well.”

“My family and I went to buy some loose Pokemon cards that my sons were interested in. The cards that they wanted were very random and consisted of Pokemon using all different energies as well as Trainers. The owner Jester was there and he was extremely helpful, helping us find over 30 of the cards that they were looking through by going through binders and loose cards in a box, which was extremely tedious. We've been to many Gamers Worlds where the employees running the store seem like they couldn't care less about their customers. We were fortunate to have the exact opposite experience here and want to thank Jester so much for his kindness and patience!”

Came right before opening to purchase riftbound boxes and was able to get them for extremely reasonable prices. they had some supply issues but still allowed me and my friend to make the purchase. Brian even talked about other releases and their events being hosted every week.
