“I was in Dixon running an errand and had a repair emergency. I stopped in Sauk Valley Collision to ask who to call for some assistance. The guys here helped right away and got me back on the road. I appreciate their efforts! They were friendly and professional. What a great team at Sauk Valley Collision! Thank you so much!”

“Austin Sheffield at Ken Nelson Auto Group went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted. It wasn't even on their lot but that wasn't a problem. They tracked one down and Julie arranged for a driver to go get. It has all the features I was looking for and Austin took time to go over all the controls with me to make sure I felt safe driving. I have a 7 year old and the Zurich shield was a no brainer especially when your a family on the go alot. The process of signing all the paperwork was simple and very easy to understand. This is the 3rd vehicle I have brought from Ken Nelson and I honestly dont think I would go anywhere else they make car buying simplistic.”
