“I always tell myself that I'm going to be in and out but that never happens. The store is always clean, well stocked and organized. I'm always able to find what I'm looking for. On this last visit, Hailey went out of her way to make my shopping experience a pleasant one. She was friendly and took care of my issue without any problem. It was a simple and easy process. My checkout was quick and seamless. She provided a level of customer service that exceeded my expectations. She definitely deserves to be recognized. Hopefully she's working the next time I come in to do my shopping.”
