“I had a great experience at Pelcher’s Gun Store. Everything was professional and efficient—I got helped right away and didn’t waste time waiting around.
I came in looking to upgrade from my older pistol, which wasn’t very reliable, and I’m glad I did. The new one is a big step up in quality and a great value for the price. I feel a lot more confident with it for personal security.

“This is the SHOP! I love how he drills your balls. He takes the time to get your measurements, draws them on ball, (so he's not doing by memory), he's patient with you, makes suggestions and doesn't rush you, no matter how many other customers are waiting. He makes you feel like you are the only customer there. This is my second ball he's drilled and I will continue to come back. My average has increased since his first drilling and I have referred several people to him. For me he's the best!”
“I went here to look for a pair of Puma Rebound Layup gym shoes. Upon arrival , no one greeted me, but hey that's okay because the mission was accomplished. Found the shoes I was looking for and I'm satisfied. The store was clean, maybe 2 to 3 people shopping including me. The employees were working , so I tried the shoes and made the purchase. The 1st picture is of the shoes I purchased and the 2nd one is just of another pair of shoes. If they ever have another style of this shoe I like, I will be back.”

“Came in for one thing and one thing only a soccer ball. I realized stepping in it was much more than that it's a super beautiful store but not only that it's staff is extremely helpful and courteous. I bought a couple of soccer balls but I was left in awe by the smooth chill and non aggressive attitude from the person helping he was nice to me and my kids. I'd spend money on the courtesy alone but seriously go shop here I'm not getting paid a dime. Go see for yourself how beautiful the people act. Amen.”

“My father bought me and my brothers our very first bowling balls for Christmas. The staff was patient when with all of us as we selected our exchanges, measured our finger sizes and especially when I asked for constant adjustments. Enjoyed a nice beer and a few games of pool while we waited. Thanks again guys! Will be back for more supplies.”

“We had an excellent experience at Dick’s Sporting Goods while buying a bike for my son. The staff member we worked with was a true professional who really knew his equipment. He took the time to adjust the bike for my son, taught him how to shift gears properly, and even let him test-ride it up and down the aisle to get a feel for it. To top it off, he helped us load the bike into our SUV.
Genuine customer service often feels like a thing of the past, but this location consistently impresses us. This follows another great experience during the busy holiday season when the manager went out of his way to sharpen my daughter’s new ice skates.
