“It was my first time coming to this location. I usually go to the HomeGoods/Marshall’s in Lombard. I like this location, it’s less congested than the one in the mall. The one attached to the mall feels like a madhouse with the narrow aisles and big shopping carts. This one you have two different size shopping carts and it’s more spacious. Parking lot is ample. The products are placed neatly on the shelves vs the other location. I do have to take off a star for customer service. We stood in line for a few minutes and most of the employees were just standing around talking. Only two were actually working. One stopped talking to check us out, by that time the line got longer. It’s easier if they just clear the line instead of letting it build up.”

Her name was Brenda, and she was very friendly and helpful, sharing info about Tuesdays being Senior night so nice. For that reason, I will now look to shop Ross more. It was a very positive experience having such a pleasant and friendly cashier.”
