I had such a wonderful experience at Nordstrom Rack thanks to Anna W in the fitting room area. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive from the moment I arrived. Anna went above and beyond to help me stay organized, check for different sizes, and make sure I had everything I needed during my shopping experience.

“Diane is a rare find. She was so helpful in helping me find the right dress pants and shirts I was looking for. She helped me find the right sizes that fit me perfectly. It almost felt like she was my personal shopper getting some ideas for me and bringing pants and shirts for me to try. I had a great experience here. “I have to admit that I miss Marshall Fields, but they have done a great job modernizing this store. Moving housewares out of the basement and moving it upstairs does work. My tip is check out the discounted cloths section.”
