“I ordered a phone online and picked it up at this store. I had the phone less than 48 hours but it was defective and I returned it for an exchange. From the beginning and through to the very end, Shanette was spectacular. Because the phone was defective, I did not have to pay the $50 restocking fee which, at a different corporate Verizon store, I was told was a mandatory policy. Shanette got me set up with a new, working phone and took care of activation and transfer and all of the things I could never do myself. She also took care of sending the defective phone back for me. Shanette is professional, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and she has a great sense of humor. She fixed a really inconvenient situation for me quickly and efficiently. Five stars for SHANETTE!”

The hillside location had just today told me that my id was illegal and refused to talk to me. This place gets my business. Jessica is an exemplary customer service person. We had planned to go back the next day to complete the purchase but have been delayed by car trouble.”

People send me a text message and it sometimes doesn't show up for hours after they have sent it to me! It also froze up first day using it and I had to take the battery out and put it back in to get it to work properly. It is a SUMMIT FLIP phone.”
