“Joshua was absolutely knowledgeable, an advocate, above and beyond helpful! The offshore customer service literally spelled my name incorrectly 12 times over the phone. Internet would not connect and went into the store to discover it had been spelled 2 times wrong on my account along with the email completely wrong. Joshua did all the tricks to get the account back in order, and equipment provided. A tech was needed for install which come quickly and also did a great job. Folks should just be guided to the stores where quality care is provided because the offshore reps are only reading AI screens that truly create an incredibly frustration situation.”
