“I have had several major issues with my car in the last 1.5 year. I was visiting before moving and my car had a major breakdown. Tuffy rearranged their work schedule to keep me safe on the road and back in my car. Recently, The did excellent body work on my car and replaced a starter. They always prioritize the customer experience and make sure they are transparent about their diagnostic testing before doing any work. Alec at the front desk has stayed late to make sure that I could get my car on the same day of service. I can't speak to the personality of the mechanics; but their service is top notch. If you are ever in a pinch, Tuffy is the place to go. As a nice plus, the pizza shop next door is a great place to grab a bite when you are having quick routine service. Reasonable prices for the quick turn around on repairs and transparency. There might be a cheaper option around, but you get what you pay.”

I can’t say enough good things about this place! They take great care of me every time I come in. Everyone is welcoming, respectful, and gets straight to work. I completely trust them and won’t take my vehicle anywhere else.
They recently replaced my serpentine belt, and as always, the service was quick, honest, and affordable. Tim is my go to guy! I really appreciate that they never try to upsell me or pressure me into repairs I don’t need or can’t afford. They explain everything clearly and genuinely care about their customers.
